Newly renovated! 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the center of Branson, just minutes away from the US 76 strip. Cook your own meals in our full size kitchen. A beverage station is tucked away amongst the kitchen table in the spacious living room area. Relax by our 55" UHD TV or on the patio overlooking the Foothills courtyard. Master Bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub shower and make-up vanity. Guest bedroom complete with bunk beds and queen bed.

We hope you can enjoy the many comforts our condo has to offer:

Everything was great except I couldn't take a bath in the master bathtub because I couldn't close the drain. I would've washed the towels but there was no laundry soap. I would definitely stay on this property again.

Nice, Relaxing, Spacious

Very nice place, very clean with a great view on the balcony. We love the trees evening view to relax after a long day. Hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool! Spacious for the kids… not loud neighbors…. Very quiet. Will stay again and recommend to anyone!!

Overall, we had a great stay! We loved the location! It was a little odd that the dishwasher wasn't emptied before our stay, but not a deal breaker. The master bathroom tub took forever to fill up, but we only used twice. We loved that there were 3 beds in the other bedroom and games to play with the family!

Fantastic stay!

We came to Branson from Michigan for a youth softball tournament. Honestly, the best part of our stay was our accommodations. Soon as we walked in we knew we made the right choice. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. The heat index our whole stay was over 100 and you never knew it while inside as the unit was nice and cool with ceiling fans in every room. LOVED the guest book. It was so much fun reading through past guests stays and their recommendations. What a nice touch! Communication with the owner was easy and everything was very clearly communicated. The grounds were quiet and the location was so close to everything Branson has to offer. If visiting Branson, I highly recommend staying here. We certainly will if ever back in the area.

Perfect Location Cozy Getaway

This condo is located just a few blocks away from all the entertainment you could hope for. The bunk room and separate master suite were perfect for our family of 4, but would easily accommodate 6+. The property was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at and had the necessities covered - linens, towels, tp, paper towels and hand soap at every sink (not always the case with other rentals). Communication was top-notch, even outside of normal business hours. Check-in and out was seamless, although we had some isues figuring out the keypad for entry at first. The community center with indoor pool, ditness facility, hot tub and sauna was great, but would suggest more seating in the pool area. Wish we would have been able to enjoy the outdoor pool, but with unpredictable March weather, it's understandable it wasnt open yet. Great space to relax after several days experiencing all things Branson has to offer!

Convenient Location

First, the positives: This condo is located close to many of the attractions of Branson. Couldn't have been better in that aspect. Beds were pretty comfortable, and the furnishings and decor had been updated and attractive. The condo had a smallish but nice pool area. The outdoor pool is larger than the indoor one. Husband and kids enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Now, the negatives: Some things in the condo are showing their age. If you need to wash any clothing/towels during your stay, be prepared for the dryer to take more than one cycle to get them dry. There are 8 bath towels in the condo, so if you have six people staying for a number of days, as we did, you're going to need to wash towels. The refrigerator is NOT very cold. Ice cream we'd bought at the store was softer than most soft serve you can buy. Additionally, don't expect you will be able to take a bath in the jacuzzi tub, because the plug doesn't seal and hold water. Unfortunately, the tub also does not drain well, and during your shower you will be standing in an inch of water, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. The light switch in the dining area was tricky, and needs to be replaced. Also, I found beer bottle tops under the kitchen rug, leading me to believe the place hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have prior to our arrival. Overall impression: I would stay here again. I liked the location, and the condo complex. It was a good place, and with a little more updating, it could be great. You do have to go up stairs, as it is a second floor condo, so be aware of that.
