The “Pink Flamingo'' is a modern, immaculate 3BD/2BA coastal home located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! For your furry friends, this home is pet-friendly and has a fenced in yard! Community pool!

For MULTI FAMILIES, we have four other homes in this neighborhood - Stella Maris, Out of the Blue, Tropical Retreat and Ocean's Heaven.

Property Description: As you enter this one level home, you are greeted with an open concept floor plan living/dining/ kitchen area. The fun Pink Flamingo decor and new furnishings welcome you to the beach and will make you feel right at home. The living room offers a large sectional couch and accent chair, a 50 inch smart TV, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and elegant lighting over the high top kitchen table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and includes a 2 in 1 normal drip and k-cup coffee maker. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and the garage has beach gear and a gas grill available for use. Kick back and take in the warm salty air on the furnished front porch.

As you venture down the main hallway, you will find the guest bedrooms and bath. The first guest room will offer 2 new comfortable twin beds, the second guest room will offer a new comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space. The guest bath has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The large master suite offers a brand new comfortable king bed and 44 inch smart tv, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity, custom shower, water closet, and large walk-in closet. This home is set up for you to have the perfect beach vacation!

Area Information: When you are ready to venture to the beach, you'll find paradise in less than 5 minutes! Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sun-bathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner.

When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers restaurants and shops. There's so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

Parking: Driveway accommodates 2 vehicles. NO BOAT PARKING ALLOWED IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. No parking on the street.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $200 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year.

Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Security cameras: Exterior cameras are on the premises.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Area construction disclaimer: Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn't begun since our photos were taken.
