Situated on one of the most historic properties in Palmer, Colony Suites is steps away from shops, cafes, restaurants, micro brews, coffee shops, and more! Enjoy views of surrounding mountains, the famous Palmer water tower and base out of your suite for nearby adventure! This space is completely brand new inside from floor to ceiling and features solid surface and marble counter tops, tile surround shower, UHD TV, stainless steel appliances, and more! Colony Suites come with a fully furnished kitchen for cooking! Feel free to utilize the kitchen or take a short walk to one of the many places to eat in Palmer. Enjoy our free WiFi on-site and relax with your favorite show or movie as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu subscriptions are all included with your stay. Upon request, a child's crib and an air mattress for the floor to sleep additional guests (up to 4 total) can be provided. Check-in and check-out are all done remotely to give our guests a smooth and seamless process for coming and going. We are always available via message or text if the need arises. Being in the heart of Palmer, your suite is within walking distance to many places to eat, have coffee, enjoy a pint from a local microbrewery, or go window shopping! Local fairs, parades, and even a drive-up movie are available throughout the year.
