This home is located in the highly sought after Foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains of northeast Tucson. Our community is “The Greens at Ventana Canyon”. This beautifully maintained condo features newly updated granite, appliances, LVP flooring. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (private main Bedroom/Bath). Private deck/patio with mountain views. The pools: (1) within steps (2nd) near property entrance adjacent to fitness center. Unwind every evening in the Hot Tub. Ventana Canyon Golf Course just behind and across the street.

2nd floor Gem - Wood floors in main area with carpeted bedrooms. Split floor plan offers a king bed in the main with a queen in the second. If you need some space to work in privacy, a small desk is provided in the second BR. A private balcony/deck overlooks and green belt with the Ventana Canyon, Canyon Golf Course just beyond and a stunning view of the mountains. You will have easy access to Grocery Store, Many Restaurants, Day Spa, Ventana Canyon Golf Course and minutes from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area! If you like to hike, bike, walk or run this is your destination!

If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further. Bryce is an excellent host with great attention to detail. Everything was exactly as he said it would be and the Condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The condo has a great walk in closet and lots of space for storage. The covered outdoor balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the afternoon as it is quiet and has a nice view The unit comes with a covered parking space very close by which makes it convenient for loading and unloading. The complex is within easy access to a grocery store, restaurants, banks as well as the Sabino Canyon recreation area. Our two week stay was great and we would definitely rent again if our travels take us back to Tucson. Our stay at "our Oasis" was wonderful and we hope others will take advantage of this well maintained, quiet and comfortable condo.

Tucson Vacation Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Foothills Oasis. We had excellent communications with the owner before and during our stay and all details were easily addressed. The unit is very quiet, clean, and upstairs. Our location was very close to Sabino Canyon to access all of its hiking and is also very close (an easy 0.6 mile walk) to the Bashas grocery store and adjacent shopping center.

Excellent Condo, Great Location

We have rented at the Greens at Ventana Canyon many times over the years. It is a well maintained condo complex with nice amenities, including a number of pools, outdoor grills and a fitness center. This two bedroom unit is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The owner was very responsive when we encountered a minor issue and removed it quickly. The location, close to hiking trails at Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon, is terrific.

Fantastic Ventana Canyon condo

we spent a week at Bryce‘s condo located at the Greens in Ventana Canyon. The condo was super squeaky clean. The location was absolutely fantastic for everything that we wanted to do. Everyone including the neighbors were very very friendly. Loved the surroundings on the property which were also well-maintained. We definitely recommend.

Great rental

We have rented many condos in this area, and this is one of the finest. The condo is beautiful and well appointed, and it is convenient to virtually all areas of interest and shopping in the foothills. Strongly recommended. Bryce was very accommodating and helpful to us.

Tucson getaway

Very comfortable condo in great location. We had sunrise on the kitchen end of the unit and sunset on the other end which included the back deck; really enjoyed that. Unit was well supplied with essentials and super close to a grocery store and pharmacy plus restaurants and gas station. Pool areas are very nice and beach towels are provided in the unit. We walked almost daily at Sabino Canyon Rec area, really beautiful nature area with desert vegetation and mountains. We were lucky that the creek was flowing and cacti were starting to bloom, and a gila monster literally crossed our path one day which we know is rare; quite special. We enjoyed several of the local golf courses and were able to watch some of an airshow (from the AFB) going on during one of our rounds; an unexpected bonus. There is an Amazon locker location at the Speedway station close by which came in handy for us. Would definitely come back and stay longer next time.

Clean, good location, but chores

The condo has everything you need and is clean and cozy and is at a good location. However, there will be chores for you to do at check out. I don't know why there's no indication of this in the listing. The chores are not unreasonable, I just think folks should know about them before committing: "On the day of your departure, please complete the following: 1) strip the (used) beds of linens and start the washer using hot water. 2) used towels should be hanging on the towel bars 3) dishwasher should be turned on with your last used dishes. 4) empty refrigerator 5) ensure all water faucets and lights are off and doors are locked 6) collect all your trash & recycling and drop off in the appropriate collection bins Please ensure pool keys are returned to the credenza. Thank you!"
