Fabulous New Years Week at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 True Ski-In Ski-out

This rental is a fabulous condominium at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 which is a true 5-star ski-in and ski-out resort on Peak 7 in World Famous Breckenridge, CO. This is a great 4th floor unit with a great view. This resort has all of the amenities anyone would want for a world class ski vacation. The unit itself is a very large spacious split plan of a 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit which sleeps 8 comfortably. The unit has a master bedroom on one side with a King bed and a bathroom with 3 sinks and a tub and a stand-up shower and toilet. The master has a large LED wall mounted cable television on the wall in front of the bed. The other end of the split plan has a second bedroom with a King Bed of its own and a full kitchenette in the second bedroom. The kitchenette includes a small sink, small microwave, small stove, coffee pot and dishes and cups and silverware and small dishwasher. The second bedroom has a second adjoining room area with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. The second bedroom has wall mounted LED TVs with cable television for both beds. Between the split plan bedrooms is the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace controlled by a wall switch, a large LED cable TV above the fireplace and a pull-out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The living room has a chair in it in addition to the leather couch and sofa table. The dining area seats 6 and there is a separate full-size kitchen off of the living room that has a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, double sink, microwave oven, coffee pot and all of your necessary appliances and dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your use during your stay. The unit has carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and it has a full sprinkler system in the building. The unit has a balcony with 2 chairs on it. The unit has plenty of places to store and hang jackets and clothes and both bedrooms have dressers and nightstands and even the second bedroom sleeper sofa has a nightstand of its own. The unit has two entrances so you could do a full lock-off of the second bedroom if you desired and you could close off the second bedroom as its own suite for privacy if desired.

I am a Florida Practicing Attorney who loves Breckenridge, Colorado. I own a large number of ski-in and ski-out resort properties in the town of Breckenridge that I use and rent out to my guests. My resorts are the best in town.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This is a true ski-in and ski out property. This particular unit is a penthouse unit at the resort and is one of only a select few rooms with vaulted ceilings. It is also a bit larger in size than all of the other 2 bedroom 2 bath units on site given it is a penthouse. The resort itself is world class. The resort has a courtesy in town shuttle for our guests to use while at the resort so you can park your rental car in the enclosed heated garage and leave it there and not have to drive unless you want to. The town is only minutes away and can be accessed by the shuttle, by private car, or by the town's gondola which is only steps away from the resort. The ski slopes of Peak 7 which is wonderful ski terrain is literally right outside the resort. The Independence Super Chair ski lift is right out the rear of the resort on the slopes. You can literally leave the ski locker room at the resort and go right out of the slopes. It is amazing. The resort has housekeeping staff, maintenance staff, engineering staff, an activities director, a concierge, an onsite full SPA, an adult grotto, a game room for the kids, indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, a fire pit on the slopes, an outdoor water slide for the kids yes even in the winter, a kiddie pool inside, a workout room, an onsite restaurant and bar, full ski locker room, business center, lobby gathering area with fireplace and small bar, reading room and the list goes on. Yes this is the vacation you deserve and the one you really want in the location that cannot be beat.
