RIVERVIEW COTTAGE in Seaside: This brand-new single-family home has a view of the beautiful Necanicum River and is only two blocks from Seaside Beach. Whether your vacation plans include playing in the surf, crabbing, walking the Promenade, or exploring downtown Seaside, you can feel at home here. Enjoy the well-appointed open floor plan, to gather with your friends and family. The kitchen has brand-new appliances for all your cooking needs and an island for extra prep space. Have fun playing cards, games, and family meals at the live edge dining table and bench, with additional seating at the island bar. The living room has space to relax with family and friends, with a large sofa and two spacious armchairs. There is also a huge deck with a fire pit and picnic table to gather around on those warm summer days! There is a half bathroom conveniently located on the first floor. Upstairs you have a spacious full bathroom in the hall for your guest rooms. In the first guest bedroom, snuggle up in a queen bed, with a view of the river. The second guest bedroom is perfect for teens and kids with a twin daybed, bunk beds, and a trundle bed. Across the hall is the master suite, you can relax in a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry closet on the second floor. Parking includes a single-car garage along with a private driveway.

We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.
