Escape to relaxation at this charming three-bedroom, two-bath Lakefront home! This ranch style Lakehouse has a few steps to the front door and several more to your own private dock and fully furnished fun packed boat house featuring , ping pong table, Foosball table, Dartboard, Arcade style double basketball hoop, Lilly pad and a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold and popsicles frozen.

The interior of the lake house will welcome you with a massive wall of windows overlooking breathtaking lake views with the most colorful sunsets! Gather around the large dining room table to enjoy meals, play games, do puzzles or to plan your next day adventure! The fully Equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals! You’ll feel right at home with thoughtful decor, comfortable furnishings and an oversized natural rock fireplace featuring an electric insert, perfect for the cozy evenings spent relaxing indoor! We provide fresh towels and beach towels too.

Groceries & supplies are a short drive to Laurie, or take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach, or the souvenir shops on the Bagnell Dam strip. There are many great restaurants within minutes away by boat or land. We are across the lake from Jolly Rogers, around the corner from Lake Burger and a few miles from Coconuts beach bar and grill!

If you love to FISH, this is the spot for you! You can cast your line right from the dock and into our established crappie beds which attract a great variety of fish! Keep your eyes open around the dock, if you’re lucky, you might spot some turtles swimming by!

We have a spacious deck with a gas grill for all your BBQ's and cookouts, a dining area to enjoy your outdoor meals and a sitting area with propane fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous views by the fire!

The dock is partially covered and has a picnic table. You’re welcome to bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina! We have one boat slip space available for your use. We have a 4-person pedal boat and a canoe for your enjoyment! Feel free to bring your own fishing gear & life jackets.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Safe for kids, dogs, walkers and Joggers. Indian Rock Golf Course & Westlake Cinemas are both close by and minutes away to Jacobs cave for a little spelunking.

The lake house front is surrounded by heavily wooded area which invites many visiting deer, possums, squirrels, bunnies and birds galore- including an eagle which lives in a nearby tree!

We look forward to hosting you and your family at our Lake House and helping you create unforgettable memories! Please note: This property is equipped with one exterior security camera, located by the front door and over looking the driveway.

My group and I had a wonderful vacation at this place. The interior is clean and comfortable. The deck is spacious and has a great view of the lake. The dock is fun for swimming off of and fishing. We caught enough bass and catfish for a fish fry for the whole group. The owner is available for assistance should any issues arise. We enjoyed our stay and may come back again.

The house was absolutely perfect for our two families. We loved the view from the house, and really loved the open floor plan. The extra game room at the dock was wonderful for our three boys. I think my favorite part might’ve been the swing seats on the dock in the mornings with my coffee and a book. Jim was a very personal and wonderful host as well. I really appreciate how easy it was to contact him when we needed something.Highly highly recommend this home!

We had never been to this area before. This was a very nice place right on the lake. Beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake and such a fun open house. We would definitely stay here again!

Relax on the lake

We had the best time. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. We enjoyed the house right on the lake, swimming, fishing and canoeing. The house was clean and had everything we needed We will definitely go back and stay again.

Perfect stay

Everything was as listed. We stayed at the property every day and didn't want to leave. Perfect for grilling out, swimming, fishing and boating. The location was easy to find and the house couldn't have been better.

Perfect set up

We really enjoyed the boathouse & dock area and feel it adds tremendous value to the property! We could hangout there all day and yet have the expansive deck attached to the home for a different view & evening dinner

Wonderful house, great location, lots of fun!!

The house and lake are beautiful. Location was perfect for going to hot spots, the water gets rough on Saturday so boats and wave runners get thrown around easily at the dock. Lots of biting spiders on the dock and in the garage but we partied there anyway!!! Owner Jim is so sweet and is very helpful. We will be back, already planning for next year!!!!

Comfy house with stunning views

We had a great time at this home. The house is wonderful, comfy and beautiful appointed. The views are amazing. We loved the ping pong table and all the inflatables we could us. The Lili pad was great too. The porch and the deck invites dir hanging out. The fire pit was awesome for smores. The owner was really kind too. We came during the July 4th weekend and the water at the dock was quite choppy making it tricky to canoe or swim, especially for the kids. The water calmed down after the weekend. Overall a great stay in a lovely location.

House & Views are Amazing

The house was stocked with every supply you could want. We were very impressed with all the game options and kitchen supplies. Beds were comfortable and views from the house were beautiful. The boat house provided entertainment even on the rainy days we had. The upper deck was great with beautiful, comfy furniture. Parking space was ample and easy to maneuver with our truck & boat trailer. The dock & lower patio would greatly benefit from more frequent power washing, some repairs, especially of the boat slip area, and removal of broken,unusable furniture & hammocks. The weather and wildlife can quickly break things down so it might a good idea to place a few deck boxes and ask guests to place cushions in them nightly & prior to departure. We would have been more than willing to do so. I would further recommend repairing or replacing the grill as not all of the burners work at the same time.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an excellent stay as a family of 5 plus our 4-legged friend! The home was the perfect size and very clean! Beds were comfortable and all needed items were available at the house! The full kitchen and grill allowed for relaxed evening meals to be prepared at the house. We greatly enjoyed hanging out at the dock house and swimming in the morning, afternoon and evening. The neighborhood is quiet and rural. We saw many deer and other wildlife. There are several restaurants and stores within about 10 minute drive. It was approximately a 45 min drive to Osage Beach and other “touristy” areas. The lake was calm enough for kids ages 8-14 to swim without issue. The lily pad, rafts, and paddle boat were used often, and we were so thankful to not have to find somewhere to rent these items. My kids were immediately asking to return next year! A great experience and the owners were very responsive!

Beautiful property, but beware of spiders.

The house is very nice, comfy beds, plenty of seating, well appointed and has lots of little extras. Great selection of kitchen gadgets, spices etc that we weren't expecting. The view is amazing!! Jim, the property manager was very responsive and nice. The spider situation is more than I was expecting. I am sure for those that have stayed on the lake before, it is a non issue. If spiders and webs don't bother you, you will be just fine. They are everywhere on the dock, boathouse and deck. Hundreds that make quick work of web building. I know they work to keep that population down, but it is something to really be aware of, if you have issues with spiders. We didn't use the boathouse and sparingly used the dock as a result. Overall, very nice property that clearly has had thought to guest comfort. Thanks for a fun week.

Great views, filthy boat house

This house had amazing views of the lake and was on a very secluded road, which was very nice. When we first arrived, we were greeted by the property manager, who showed us around. When we first entered the boat house, the ping pong table was covered in a lot of dead bugs and spiders, the property manager grabbed the nearest thing ( which was a life jacket hanging on the wall) and swept them off the table and onto the ground. And said the boat house was recently sprayed for spiders. After the property manager left, we got to start looking around and noticed the whole boat house was filthy. All the furniture had spiders and webs on them. My husband had to tie a rope to the metal chairs and dunk them in the lake and wipe them down for us to sit in. The wicker furniture was very dirty and covered in webs. We never used those or the cushion chairs that sit out in the weather. The patio set down by the water never gets used and needs replaced. The fridge had dead bugs in it, and all over it. When it was time we wanted to swim, we had to scrub and clean the 2person tube, it was covered in dead bugs and had a hole it in, the yellow floating mat had giant holes in it and needs replaced. We wanted to use the paddle boat but didn't feel like cleaning that as well so no one used it besides the spiders. For the boat house to be listed as part of this rental, it should be cleaned better and provide usable lake accessories like it mentions. A good brooming to the webs would help. The inside of the house was nice, the views were great and the 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family. The pots and pans all need replaced , they all were burnt on the inside and the frying pan was warped really bad. We mostly used the grill. My family and I won't be recommending this property or booking again.

Beautiful view of the lake

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The views from the property are amazing. Everything was just as described. The game room was a nice feature that we used a lot. The boats create a lot of waves, but we enjoyed it. It’s about a 40 minute drive to the strip, but it’s very doable. We enjoyed a few days on the water, but also went to the strip for lunch, shopping and ice cream. Would definitely go back here! Thank you!
