Our home is in an amazing location in ‘Palm Beach Shores’ where things run on island time. Well thought out details give visitors and homeowners the simple pleasures of life. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the house is centrally located in the ‘Shores’ making the beach, main street, sail fish marina, the promenade and inlet easily accessible on foot or bike. Our private beach access pass allows you to park at the beach entrance.

The home’s open floorplan living spaces create a place to unwind, work as well as enjoy the company of family and friends, CHEERS!!! Imagine starting your morning with a stroll along the palm tree lined parkway through town which ends along the boardwalk on the infamous palm beach inlet. Boats of all sizes travel this route each day.

Visitors will enjoy well-appointed spaces with functional and top-quality furnishings. A luxurious king size cane style bed in BEDROOM-A and two twin beds in BEDROOM-B make up the primary bedrooms. The third bedroom is designed as a flexible space to be used as a sitting room, nursery or legitimate bedroom with use of the premier daybed and trundle combination. Two modern full baths offer luxurious spaces to relax and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sandy and salty air. We have exterior RING flood lights on the property. Motion detection activates the lights. The cameras at the back of the house are turned off during your stay.

The pool patio offers abundant seating for lounge style conversations, a 6 person teak dining table as well as sun loungers. The sun’s path provides sunshine all day long and the awning offers a great shade solution when you have had enough. The house’s font Bahama shutters give the house an aesthetically pleasing look as well as provide storm protection and privacy.

The southern tip of Singer Island is frequently visited for the delicious harbor dining at Sail Fish Marina. From the marina you can take out fishing charters, water taxis to Peanut Island and watch the best sunsets!!! In addition to the marina entertainment are shopping and dining options along Ocean Blvd. Rivera Beach, just 3 blocks away offers access to tennis/ pickle ball courts and sand volleyball. Cabana and umbrella services, snorkel tours, paddle and water sports are all available along the whole beach.
