Bring the entire family to stay in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway that comfortably accommodates 7 people. With an updated interior and 24/7 views of the Atlantic Ocean, this condo promises guests a magical seaside stay.

Upon walking in, you'll realize you're in for a high-end experience. Details such as wainscoting, recess lighting, and automatic shades give this condo a luxury touch. Make your way into the condo's main area to behold the sixth-floor view of the ocean. This corner unit's sliding glass doors reveal an expanse of blue that can be enjoyed while cooking in the kitchen, dining at the table, or relaxing on the couch!

Whether you're a chef or a novice, you'll find yourself drawn to the luxury kitchen. With white cabinetry, granite countertops, a glass top stove, and a double oven, this space deserves to be used to its full potential. Chop and prep your favorite recipes using the ample supplies on hand; a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, fancy blender, cookware, and more are provided. Serve dinner with your favorite cocktail made at the condo's well-equipped wet bar. Drinks and dinner can be enjoyed at the dining table for six or at the balcony's oceanfront dining set for two.

After an afternoon spent on New Smyrna' shore, slow your pace and relax in the living room. This space is well furnished with a couch, armchairs, and a leather recliner that all have a birds-eye view of the ocean. When your eyes are glued to the scenery, you'll love watching shows on the Smart TV with cable and streaming services- just remember to bring your own log-ins! If you'd rather kick back to the sound of the sea, step onto the sixth floor balcony. The wrap-around balcony overlooks the complex pool, non-driving beach, and infinite blue horizon. Pick your seat and enjoy!

You won't have to say goodbye to the view when you retire as the primary bedroom also looks onto the sea. The bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and the best view of the beach. Your nighttime routine will feel luxurious as the adjoining bathroom was made to pamper. A beautifully tiled Jacuzzi bathtub, a double vanity with vessel sinks, and plush towels create a high-end experience.

The second and third bedroom sit across from each other and both offer wonderful stays. The second bedroom accommodates two guests with its queen bed and the third bedroom sleeps three with its twin/full bunk bedbed and twin trundle. Guests can use the second bathroom which has a vessel sink and a walk-in shower.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, Smart TVs, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, beach chairs, a screened entry porch, and more.

Construction Notice: Shorehom by the Sea is undergoing construction; the North building is currently undergoing work and the South building will begin in early summer of 2022. Typically, construction takes place Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. No construction will occur on holidays. Reservations at this time could be affected by noise, obstructed pathways, workers on-site, etc. Due to the on-site construciton, rates are at their lowest. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
