January 2024 Update:
Due to sustained hurricane damage last year, the sea wall will be rebuilt during the early months of the year. This will impact direct access to the beach but our neighboring condo will allow access for our guests. There could also be noise during the day as the wall is constructed. Current estimate for completion is March-April. Feel free to inquire for updated information.
