Dear James, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our efficiency in Banff and found the free parking convenient. It's wonderful to know that the short walk downtown was both easy and flat for you. Regarding the narrow steps leading to the bed, we appreciate your input and will consider this as we strive to continually improve our accommodations. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future, and we're glad to hear that you would happily stay with us again! Warm regards,Your Leavetown Team
