You will stay at just 100 MTS FROM THE CATHEDRAL inside the HISTORICAL BUILDING where the Declaration of Independence of Mexico was printed. You will enjoy your luxury suite with private balconies, kitchen and dining room. YOU WILL EXPLORE THE HISTORIC CENTER BY FOOT and we will take care of connecting you with the best tour guides, drivers and masseurs.
Staff 24/7 inside the building to welcome you anytime, you will be safe with us!

THE SUITE
From the elegant doorway hall you take the stairs one floor up into the suites level. The suite has one bedroom with a king size bed (or two single beds, you can choose), a second bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a dining room, TV and a single sofa bed. A fully furnished kitchen (also a Dolcegusto coffee maker with courtesy capsules) and a full bathroom.
This is an INTERNAL SUITE with patio views. No street view

This beautiful suite is located on the first floor of the building and is part of the 8 Luxury Suites of Casa Sauto. In the common areas you will find a roofed patio with armchairs and tables to relax, as well as an intercom to communicate with the staff inside the building 24/7 aswell as an amazing PANORAMIC ROOFTOP.


LOCATION
You will be 100 meters from the Cathedral and the Zócalo!
You can visit the entire historic center on foot and enjoy the seasoning and folklore in the front row.
You can explore the entire historic center on foot and enjoy the museums, restaurants, cafes, archaeological sites, rooftops, handicraft shops, churches, markets, etc. all within 5 minutes walking.
Tacuba Street was one of the first 3 streets of the Aztec empire. It is a one-way street that will take you directly to the Cathedral.
The building has a video surveillance service and a triple door access that allow guests to feel 100% safe like at home.

If you are going to stay longer than 7 days, the bed and bath linens will be changed once a week.

Building and location absolutely wonderful. Right near zolcalo and walkable to belles artes, alameda, and torre latino. Secure building. Very cool rooftop views of cathedral. Communication with host not the best but we had no major issues.

Great stay for Day of the Dead

Great location diagonal to El Zócalo. The apartment was well appointed with creature comforts, including throw blankets in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods and utensils. Fernanda was easy to communicate with and responded promptly through WhatsApp.

Incredible location, right at the zocalo, but very quiet. Suite #3, an I side unit, so very quiet but still adequate lighting. The staff responded very quickly to a couple of minor issues. Hot water is great. Only concern was a little lack of privacy. Advertised as 2 bedrooms, but no doors between bedrooms. Perfect the for a couple with a kid. I would definitely stay there again. Right in the heart of the city.

Beautiful space in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Sauto. The location was great, and the view from the roof was amazing. This was an interior suite without exterior windows, so there wasn't a lot of natural light. The 2 "bedrooms" are actually one big room with a bathroom built in-between. Also, the bathroom had a glass ceiling, so anytime a light was turned on anywhere in this big room, the entire area was lit up. There was not a lot of privacy. This bothered my 15-year-old more than my sister and me, but it should be considered if privacy is important. Overall, the historic building was beautiful, and the suite met our needs.

Appartamento storico nel cuore di Città del Messico

Finemente arredato con mobili originali, libri antichi e moderni apparati, l’appartamento si trova a due passi dalla cattedrale di Città del Messico. Le mura sono del XVI sec., ma l’adattamento è a cavallo tra il XIX e il XX sec. con accenni di Liberty. L’unica pecca è che non ha finestre che si aprono direttamente all’esterno, essendo ricavato da una più ampia casa signorile dell’epoca.

In less than 5 minutes walk you´ll find the Cathedral, Zócalo, the National Palace, Templo Mayor, the National Museum of Art, the Museum of Economy. As well as restaurants, shops, ATMs, city tour bus, taquerias, pharmacies, museums, markets, etc. A 10-15 minute walk away you have Bellas Artes Palace, the Postal Palace, Casa de los Azulejos, La Alameda Park, the Franz Mayer Museum.
