10/10, 5 STARS! We would wholeheartedly recommend this property for so many reasons! From check-in to check-out, the property owners were wonderful! Very communicative, gave great recommendations, and were tremendously accommodating. The property was beautiful, clean, had anything and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay--it was perfect for our family! Location, location, location! This house is perfectly located in great proximity to the heart of AMI and all things delicious--coffee, donuts, ice cream, pizza, etc.! A quick walk or golf cart ride to great shops, restaurants and quick and easy beach access. The pool and backyard were the icing on the cake--perfectly relaxing and ideal for a family with littles! We hope to rebook in the future! Thank you for an amazing stay! We can't wait to visit again soon!

Perfect stay

My family absolutely loved our stay. The owner is absolutely wonderful and was very helpful during our stay. The house is a great location on a quiet street and within a walking stance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beaches. It is beautifully updated and immaculately maintained inside and out. All of the conveniences of home are in the house from a well stocked kitchen to ample beach towels and board games. The pool was perfectly heated for our chilly first days. We would stay again!

Another trip to Paradise

We had a great stay! I can’t say enough about this house and all the amenities! We had all we needed, beach chairs, toys, and bikes. Loved the linens and towels and the amount of them available to use. Our host was responsive to our questions and needs. This house was perfect in every way! We had a great family vacation!!

Perfect stay!

We were so happy with the house! The amenities make it so so good! There are 6 bikes, 2 bike carts, about 12 chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim board, sand toys and so much more. Plenty of beach towels and pool towels (moms know this is gold!), bedding and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was really clean. Highly recommend staying here! Had the best trip!

Great house! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bikes and trailer were used everyday to ride to the beach that was only a few minutes from the beach. Quiet community. Enjoyed getting the R&R in AMI.

Everything you need and more…

The home was perfectly appointed with everything we needed - including baby gear - which made packing such a breeze. Everything was clean/well maintained and we couldn’t think of a complaint if we tried! The hosts we’re very accommodating and communicated with us throughout the check-in/check-out process. The area is gorgeous and easy to navigate by foot (or golf cart, which we enjoyed). Cute shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. We really hope to be back!

From the time we arrived until we departed this property, we had the best time. We took our 3 kids and everything was excellent. The very quick and helpful response from the John & Carol mad our stay very enjoyable. I feel like John went out of his way to help me and I appreciate that so much. The pool was perfect along with the beach equipment that we used everyday. Just a very well situated property. We will definitely be staying here again. 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Amazing Property

This house is absolutely perfect - we have rented in Anna Maria Island several times, and this is our favorite by far. It is conveniently located - to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, shopping and of course the beach. It is beautifully decorated and the back yard is a dream oasis. It is stocked with everything you could need....plenty of beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, coolers. It was also very clean and well maintained. The owners are very responsive to any questions and provided lots of useful information prior to our check in. There is not a single thing that I would change. I can not wait to come back again soon! HIGHLY recommend!!

Incredible house. Deserve 11 out of 10

We were super happy with the house and if you look at the number of reviews and the number of 10, you can't understand why we're initially skeptical, but the house was everything that we dream of with our little family. We travel with our two young kids and an aging parent. The house is superbly located within 5 minutes of the beach and the host is receptive and always available. Finally, all of the amenity within the house is clearly listed and information is easily available. We will absolutely come back to this house. Please do not wait and book

Hidden Gem

This house has everything you need for a beach trip and enjoying time with family. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, Bed's are all super comfortable, great backyard pool and porches for hanging outside, and great gathering place for dinner and for just relaxing. You don't have to worry about bringing anything other than whatever you want to eat or drink as every other detail has already been taken care of from: 1. Plenty of Linens / Towels for Inside 2. Beach Towels, Chairs (to many to count), Umbrella, kid toys, bikes to ride plus a trailer to hold whatever you are carting to the beach. 3. Pool float, loungers, basketball, and plenty of Pool Towels We even road out Hurricane Debby with no issues and the host was extremely helpful through that and arranged for us to stay an extra day. If you don't like to cooke there is plenty of restaurants within walking and biking distance. Beach is less than a 5 minute bike ride and Beane Point was our absolute favorite spot as it was a little less crowded .

Magical Anna Maria vacation

My family just returned from the most magical stay at AMI. This house was perfect for our needs. It is situated on the north end of the island within literal walking distance of many eateries. It’s an easy walk to the beach with the access point right next to the Sandbar restaurant . Very convenient. We walked to Ginny and Jane E’s every morning for coffee and a cinnamon roll. I walked to the city pier most mornings and saw a lot of cownose rays and my teenage son went fishing off the pier. The house is also stocked with everything you would need for the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels, carts and bikes. We rented a golf cart from Beach Bums around the corner and used it to haul everything to the beach. The beach is beautiful. We swam every day and I even had a manatee swim within an arms length of me. We never missed a sunset and On many nights after, went for ice cream at Dips which is literally around the corner from the house. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed. All the furniture is very comfortable from the beds to the big plush leather couches in the living room with plenty of places to sit for my family of five. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked several meals with the grill and found all the needed equipment. The backyard is beautiful with a large pool we swam in every day. John and Carol the owners were so gracious and easy to work with. Of all the houses we have rented on AMI, this is our favorite and we can’t wait to be be back!

Perfect holiday home

We had such a brilliant stay in this incredible home. The outdoor area is fantastic - great big pool and lots of space around it! We loved the large balcony - easy to watch our boys in the pool and enjoy the garden view! Very relaxing place to be! We made good use of the bikes - our youngest was 7 and managed fine! The other reviews all mentioned the location and until you are there, you don’t realise how good it is! Minutes from the beach and pier - it’s right in the middle! A very comfortable home! We would love to come back sometime!

This is a great house in a location that is walkable to the beach, pier and great restaurants. Plus, it is fully stocked with everything you need to have fun (bikes, beach gear, coolers, towels, etc).

The property is up to date and clean. Use of the bikes and beach equipment was a huge plus. It’s close to the gulf and bay beaches. Two awesome restaurants at the end of the street in either direction. Both within 5 minutes walk. The deck over the pool was perfect to unwind at night. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Nothing could be finer... in Anna Maria :)

We so loved everything about this home and our stay! They thought of everything we could need, and there it was. Coming home to the pool in the evenings was divine, and their landscaping is gorgeous. Truly grateful for our experience, a huge part of which was being in this home, in its location, and with the warm welcome we received from its owners, our hosts.

Beautiful home!

This was a beautiful home and perfect for our family of 4 for spring break. We loved everything about this house. It was clean and the location to beaches was good. It had bikes, beach chairs and so much more that we were able to use. We had friends on both ends of the island so this was a great location. We hope to come back again!

Location, location, location

The house was perfect for our family. I have teenage boys that spent time by the pool, riding bikes to explore the island and easy access to the beach. Most of all we enjoyed that the house was near great local restaurants. The owners provided bikes and trailers, pool and beach towels, beach chairs, a few pool toys, coolers, and beach bags. Those small items helped.
