The BEST location on the mountain. Our ski-in condo is steps away from the slopes but tucked away in the Kutuk building. This large renovated end-unit has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths comfortably sleeping 7 with all new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and furnishings. Watch the gondola from the cozy family room  or enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy evenings soaking in one of the two outdoor hot tubs or the quiet of Burgess Creek meandering through.
Our first-floor end unit makes your trip easy with the grill, hot tubs, and ski lockers steps from your door. Walk to skiing, restaurants, and shops at the base or take our free shuttle to downtown. This is the "easy" mountain vacation you've been looking for. With secure garage parking, whether you bring a car or not, you'll have a convenient location that's easy in and out.
Full access to the home including parking in the covered garage for 1 car (depending on availability other cars may be accommodated), hot tubs, private ski locker, fire pit, gas grills, patio furniture, and community washer/dryers.
We'll register you with the front desk and have digital keys ready for you including digital keys for the parking garage and hot tubs.

Kutuk is just off the slopes behind the famous T-Bar (which you should try for Apres ski!). This is a great location as it's incredibly close to the slopes but on the quiet side of gondola square. You can easily walk down to concerts or restaurants and then enjoy the peace and quiet of Kutuk which has Burgess Creek ambling through it.
Our building has a free shuttle for your use during the ski season. If you bring a car, please let us know in advance and we can get you a parking permit. We have guaranteed space for 1 car and can usually accommodate an additional vehicle depending on how busy the building happens to be that week.
This large condo is perfect for your mountain escape both in the winter or summer. During the winter, we have ski lockers, hot tubs, and firepits to make for a perfect ski lodge. You can easily ski home for lunch or just a break to warm up. During the summer, Burgess Creek flows past the back deck making an idyllic shady spot to relax and hiking the numerous trails accessed right from the home.
- Any guest-initiated cancelations and resulting refunds shall be net of any non-refundable processing fees deducted by any third-party payment processing services. Refunds are limited to the amount received net of those payment processing fees.
- No parties or events
- Must be at least 30 years old to rent
- No pets without prior approval
- Store gear in the provided ski lockers and please remove shoes inside. Do not store gear including ski boots inside the unit.
- Quiet hours between 9pm-9am
- Guests will be held fully liable for any and all damages that result from doors, windows, or garage doors being left open during freezing conditions.
- Any guest-initiated refunds will be net of any 3rd party credit card processing fees. Credit card processing companies generally do not refund those fees to guests or hosts.

We moved to Steamboat 5 years ago as a family of 4 to enjoy the Steamboat lifestyle. We searched for the perfect mountain town to raise our daughters and found Steamboat to be the most magical place any time of year.

We've skied by Kutuk for 5 years and always loved this property. It's on the quiet side of the ski base area so you get the best of both worlds - you're steps to skiing, restaurants, and all the activity but also a quiet, relaxing place to retreat to when you're done for the day. Kutuk has a wonderful treed area between the two buildings where Burgess Creek flows through creating a wonderful oasis. Our unit has a large deck that overlooks this spot where you can grill out or little ones can play in the cool, shallow waters under the shade of aspens and spruce trees.

This is the best unit in the best property at the Steamboat Resort. Our unit is an end unit and shares a stairwell with only one other unit. You'll rarely see or hear anyone coming or going. We're also in the front building which has unobstructed views of the ski slopes and also a humongous common area deck perfect for apres ski, cookouts, or a safe spot for kids to play and ride bikes or scooters. Your family will have an incredible vacation with us that both relaxing and close to the action.
