Step into this gorgeous 8 bedroom, 7 bathroom all seasons chalet that gives you the opportunity to experience the best of The Blue Mountains. Once you enter the main living area, it will take your breath away with its vaulted ceiling, large bright windows and a spectacular view of the mountains. Rustic white, brown and grey tones, leather furnishings and bright open spaces are just a few of this chalet`s interior highlights.
The space
Modern, clean, fresh and bright! Great views are accompanied by the ideal combination of privacy and quiet. Walk outside onto either of the two balconies to see the ski hill’s lights at night or enjoy the view inside the built-in hot tub. This chalet is only a short 12 min walk or 3 min drive to The Blue Mountain Village and ski slopes. Take advantage of this spacious chalet including an upstairs loft perfect for a yoga class or simply a hangout spot with comfortable couches, a TV, and a ping pong table! This property has ample indoor and outdoor space to provide your group catering services. Enjoy this fully loaded chalet with all modern conveniences inside an atmosphere that you won’t want to leave.
Kitchen:
The kitchen offers an abundance of space for cooking and serving meals around the large dining table. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need including a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, electric coffee & tea maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware and more! All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. Across from the kitchen is the spacious dining area with a long harvest table that provides comfortable seating for your large group while dining.
Living room:
The main living room area has two spacious seating areas with one nestled around the fireplace and the other around the TV. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all under the same high vaulted ceiling which creates the perfect social atmosphere for great conversation with your company while cooking fantastic meals. On the upper level there is a large dedicated entertainment space with ping pong table and second sitting area with couches and a TV. This space would also be ideal for a yoga or fitness retreat providing ample room for mats and group exercise sessions.
Bedrooms:
This chalet has a total of 8 bedrooms. 2 with King beds. 1 with 2 Double beds. 1 with 2 Single beds. 4 with 1 Single and 1 Double beds. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay.
Three outdoor decks for eating and entertainment
Enjoy eating outside on our teak dining table or enjoying the beautiful weather on our muskoka chairs. BBQ on walk out deck at kitchen level for easy cooking during the summer.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
