A close family member of ours is an experienced host who helped us set up our new condo with guests in mind, so you'll have everything you need for a great visit when you stay with us. After you arrive and park in the secure parking area, you'll take the elevator upstairs. Upon entering the apartment, you'll see the laundry and bunk rooms tucked away, followed by the primary suite, which includes a King bed and neutral furnishings that allow the views to stand out. Sliding doors lead to the balcony overlooking the harbor and nature preserve, and the primary bathroom inside the suite includes a large shower, double vanity and huge mirror.

Beyond the primary suite, the condo expands into an open plan kitchen, living and dining space with magnificent floor-to-ceiling views and a large screened balcony. Relax with a book and enjoy the breezes, enjoy a movie from the couch, or catch up on work at the dining room table. If you're supervising homework, the breakfast bar-style granite kitchen counter makes it easy to keep an eye on kids while preparing meals.

On the other side of the living spaces are two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, closet, ceiling fan and soft carpeting. The shared family bath, with a large shower, adjoins the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Climate control keeps the indoors comfortable, and the wonderful Florida weather generally keeps the outdoors pretty nice!

Harborside living has its advantages - as well as two pools, a clubhouse, and shared outdoor recreational spaces including tennis and basketball, our community has several great restaurants and shops just steps from our building. It's easy to rent bikes and kayaks, and there are fun activities just a short drive from us - after you book, we'll send you a guide to the area with some of our favorite things to do, see and eat!
