This 2nd floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium building in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has tiled bathrooms, updated kitchen and granite counters throughout. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv, ensuite bath and balcony access.

The unit was absolutely beautiful, with an amazing oceanfront view. This was our first time staying on the 2nd floor, and we loved it! The convenience of a quick elevator ride made it so easy to get down to the pool and beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the whole space was perfect for a family getaway. I would highly recommend this unit to other families!

Our family vacationed ant Maisons every year from 1988-2014 and it felt like coming home when we got there. The building looks wonderful! The front desk staff could have been a little friendlier but they were pleasant when we spoke to them. Just a few things though....- the cleaning people need to do a better job on the floors. Walking barefoot our feet were quite dirty everyday-the microwave wasn’t very user friendly and a number of the baking sheets and pans were dirty (they could use a good scrubbing)

View from the balconies is fantastic, and we enjoyed coffee out there every morning! We love staying in Maison - easy pool and beach access, well-maintained, and secured. North Beach is great to work with too. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing beach vacation

We loved our time at this condo. Pictures and the listing were all accurate. This has a great open space in the middle with many different areas to congregate. Plenty of bath towels, kitchen supplies etc. Beds were all extremely comfortable. Master closet had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc . The building itself has quite a few rules but it really helps to keep the property clean and pleasant. Be sure to read the extra info about check in. It is not located at the building itself. Loved this place none of our family wanted to leave!

Relaxing place for fall break

We had a nice stay in this condo - clean, modern, and roomy. Note that you should bring your own tennis or putting equipment to use the tennis courts or putting green. The two gym rooms were nice as well. Some of the cardio equipment could be updated, but all in all a very good facility. Nice location to the beach and plenty of showers when on way back to condo. The rules of this resort were easy to follow for my family of 5 - no trouble at all

Had absolutely NO complaints about this property and would definitely rent again.

Never got a resolution the entire time we were there they never even called us back is why I had to continue to drive to their office. Condo was beautiful, location was great the security employees very helpful at the location. Had great food enjoyed the Barefoot Landing and many other restaurants during our stay. We also visited the Twelve 33 Distillery and had a great time.

Everything was clean, heated outdoor pool was perfect. Building rules are extensive, ie. cannot bring luggage through through the lobby which is the floor you are required to park. Have to pick up/drop off keys 15 mins away which is inconvenient. Had to fill paperwork out online, at rental office then again at property. Nothing earth shattering but inconveniences for the $900+ we paid in fees. Otherwise top-notch.
