Townhome, Pool, 1.5m to Beach, Close to Shops & Trail

Welcome! Our townhome is on the ocean side of Route 1. The location is close to everything while at the same time it is private and relaxing. We have a screened-in porch and balcony directly facing a tranquil pond. There is plenty of free onsite parking.

Our community has one of the largest swimming pools in the area. Take a dip after a day at the beach or have a pool day!

We have access to the Breakwater Junction Trail, which connects Rehoboth Beach to Lewes. The trail is ideal for biking, running, or walking. Bring your bikes or rent them from the nearby local shops. There are several large bike racks in the community. We are 1.5 miles from the boardwalk/beach. The Tanger Outlets, amazing restaurants, several grocery stores, specialty shops, miniature golf, a movie theater, a go-kart racetrack, and a bowling alley surround us. Jungle Jim’s Water Park is across the intersection for plenty of family fun!

The 1st-floor includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main area is open-concept. The kitchen includes granite counters and bar seating for three. In addition to the regular major kitchen appliances, we have a Keurig machine, toaster, blender, and all the pots/pans/plates/utensils, etc., you need to feel at home. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. We have a large sectional sofa and two cozy armchairs in the living room. The main living area receives lots of natural light from the large windows and sliding glass door. The screened-in porch is off the living room and has an outdoor sofa and loveseat. There are beautiful pond views and wildlife from the living room, dining room, and porch. Open the sliding glass door just a pinch, and the room fills with the relaxing sounds of the pond’s fountain.

The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a king-size bed, a pond-facing balcony with Adirondack chairs, and a private bathroom with a separate shower and a large soaking tub. Completing the 2nd-floor is the 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed, a 4th bedroom with a full-size bed and twin-size trundle, and a 3rd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bedrooms have blinds and black-out curtains for privacy and a great night's sleep!

The house has central air/heat as well as ceiling fans in the main area, bedrooms, and screened-in porch. We have hardwood floors on the 1st-floor, tile floors in the bathrooms, and carpeting in all of the bedrooms. There are plenty of closets and dressers throughout the house. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer on the main floor. We have Smart TVs (Live YouTube TV streaming included) in the living area, master bedroom, and both queen bedrooms, with high-speed WiFi throughout. (You can log in to your own Netflix or other streaming service accounts).

Our home is for families and mature guests only. This is a non-smoking unit (including the screened porch). We have two trash disposal/recycling bins (walkable) in the community. The guest is responsible for taking trash/recycling to the disposal bins. Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM (These times can be flexible based on our cleaner's schedule...just ask!).

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SUPPLY BED LINEN. We do supply towels, pillows, blankets, and comforters/quilts. Please bring your bed linens, or we are happy to provide you with websites for local linen/towel rental services that most renters use in the Rehoboth Beach area. If you choose to use our towels, you must wash and dry them before departure.
