Welcome to Jamakin' Dream at 3 Jamaica, nestled on beautiful Key Allegro Island in Rockport, Texas! This inviting home is just minutes from downtown Rockport and Fulton, with easy access by golf cart and close to local restaurants, shops, fishing, beaches, and coastal attractions. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Roku streaming are provided to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, fishing trip, or a relaxing coastal getaway, Jamakin' Dream has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort, convenience, and families in mind.

This spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to eight (8) guests. From young children to grandparents, you'll find amenities that make traveling together easy and enjoyable.

The fully equipped kitchen has been designed with convenience in mind and features a dishwasher, microwave, and a combination drip and pod Keurig coffee maker. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas showcase soaring vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming gathering space. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. For family meals, extra stackable dining chairs are conveniently stored in the upstairs bedroom, allowing everyone in your group to gather comfortably around the table. After a day of exploring the Texas coast, relax in the comfortable living room and stream your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV.

The primary suite is located on the lower level and features vaulted ceilings and double doors opening onto the deck. It includes a queen-size bed, Roku Smart TV, comfortable reading chair, and ample drawer space. The ensuite bathroom offers a spacious tiled walk-in shower, private water closet, and a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed, bedside tables, and wardrobe. Also on the upper level is the bunk room, thoughtfully designed for younger guests with books, toys, and games. (Please note there is no television in this room.) A Pack 'n Play is also available for families traveling with little ones. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom is a private apartment-style suite on the lower level with its own separate entrance. It includes a queen-size bed, desk area, Roku Smart TV, dresser, and coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker. The attached bathroom features a walk-in sauna/shower, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water.

The outdoor spaces are just as inviting. The open garage has been transformed into a fun entertainment area featuring an outdoor kitchenette, Roku Smart TV, Wii gaming system with games, and a dartboard. The fully fenced backyard includes a large sandbox where children can play while adults relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
