A modern two bedroom first floor apartment with its own entrance, set in a Conservation Area of special architectural and historic interest, close to the city centre. Ideal for a family or a group of friends visiting Cardiff.
Conveniently located just 15 mins walk to the city centre, and 5 mins from Albany Road this apartment is close to many popular local amenities. You'll be amazed with the comfort of our high grade pocket sprung beds, full TV package, multi-room audio, and super speed Wi-fi.
The space
This apartment is set within our unique conversion of a large Victorian property of seven flats. This cosy two bedroom apartment is easily accessible on the first floor, having its own separate entrance, with an open plan layout and solid oak floors throughout.
Entertain yourself with a 49" Smart TV in the living area, offering all the usual Freeview channels and TV on Demand Apps. We've just added a mega Virgin TV Media bundle so now you also get ALL Sky/BT Sports and Movie channels. Listen to your music in the bedrooms and bathroom with our in-ceiling speaker system. Super speed 350Mbps Wi-Fi from Virgin fibre broadband is free and unlimited, you can even plug in your devices by Ethernet cable if necessary. Keep your devices alive with fast charge USB sockets in both the living room and bedrooms.
If you fancy cooking during your stay the large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, integrated washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, waste disposal unit, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery you'd naturally expect. Drink fresh chilled Brita filtered water from the dispenser in the fridge.
Sleep in comfort in the cosy bedrooms with a hotel grade pocket sprung beds and crisp white cotton bed linen.
NOTE: Bedroom 2 has TWIN beds but can be joined as KINGSIZE on request. (Just tell us in advance when you book). Cupboards are built in, and there's a digital laptop safe for you to store your valuables. There's also a 3 seater pull out sofa bed in the living area, with an additional topper mattress, suitable sleeping comfort for two adults or children.
The bathroom is chic and modern with a shower over the bath plus an additional hand shower.. We also provide fresh white towels and essential bathroom amenities for your stay.
Gas central heating keeps you warm and provides hot water on demand. Tell us your expected time of arrival, and we'll have the apartment warm and cosy as soon as you arrive. For your safety, there is a Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide detector and Video door entry system with CCTV at the entrance lobby.
