Experience VINTAGE charm and modern LUXURY at the Livingston House, nestled in the historic Mill House complex. This 1,600 sq. ft. condo features natural light living spaces, Montana-inspired furniture, a fully stocked kitchen and a dedicated workspace. Upstairs, relax in two cozy queen bedrooms, including a master suite with a jacuzzi tub. Just a short stroll to downtown shops and dining or a quick drive to Bozeman, YNP and other attractions, this is the perfect base for your Montana getaway!
Vintage Luxury Condo is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company. We are available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
The condo centrally located in a spacious 4-unit complex in the heart of downtown Livingston. The green space is shared with neighbors and we encourage you to spread out and relax outdoors in the courtyard or catch a sunrise or sunset from the deck.
Vintage Luxury Condo is yours to enjoy, including the shared courtyard with the other condos on the Mill House property. Spread out and enjoy throughout the loft and even the elevated deck. Your condo comes with a designated parking space and a permit for the lot on 2nd Street. Free street parking is also available, but please note the 2-hour limit from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Guests may load and unload in the alley, but parking is not permitted there. Please note, there is no garage access.

As you enter the private courtyard, shared by just four condos, you'll be surrounded by the charm of a bygone era, setting the stage for a unique and memorable stay.
Your private, second-level condo boasts over 1,600 sq. feet of luxurious living space where floor-to-ceiling windows fill the main floor with natural light. Relax in style with Montana-inspired leather furniture, perfect for enjoying a Netflix movie or streaming your favorite shows on the Roku TV. For those who love to entertain, the fully stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking up a meal and you can saddle up to the custom bar stools for drinks with friends. Working remotely? A dedicated desk space, with a prime view of the private courtyard, paired with high-speed internet, ensures you can stay productive in comfort.
Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed and cozy linens. The Master Bedroom features a tranquil reading nook bathed in natural light. Your private master oasis also includes a large jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation. A second full bath rounds out the upper level. A dedicated laundry space with vintage doors adds to the convenience, making your stay effortless.
You're in the heart of it all here at the Vintage Luxury Condo. Take a leisurely walk downtown to discover Livingston’s shops, galleries and dining options or venture out for quick excursions to the surrounding area. Bozeman is just a 30-minute drive to the west and the famous Yellowstone National Park is just an hour’s drive south, with two local hot springs, some great eateries and breathtaking Paradise Valley scenery along the way.

It’s just a short stroll to Sacajawea Park, the Yellowstone River, the community skate park and ball fields. Feeling more adventurous? Hop on a bicycle and explore our charming town! In under 5 minutes, you can drive to the grocery store, head south on the highway to Yellowstone National Park through the beautiful Paradise Valley or access the interstate toward Bridger Bowl Ski Area and the bustling city of Bozeman. Uber, local taxi services and shuttle companies may be available, depending on the season and time of day.
PETS: The Vintage Luxury Condo does NOT allow pets. Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any SA or ESA related damages.
