Noelani 303 is a spacious and beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor and accommodates a maximum of eight guests. Enjoy this oceanfront view while staying cool inside from the split air conditioning system that provides cool air in every room!
Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom hardwood cabinets and lighting as well as new stainless-steel appliances. Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or take your meal inside where the cool blue and modern finishes will keep you feeling at ease. The serene and tranquil master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed with it's own ensuite bathroom and luxurious walk in shower. Enjoy your coffee or get lost in your favorite book on your private lanai just off the master bedroom. There are 2 very nicely appointed guest bedrooms, one featuring a King size bed and the other a Queen. Every bedroom includes a split AC unit, flat screen SmartTV, and all the style you could hope for in this beachy-chic condo. For additional guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area. The guest bathroom features a large gorgeous walk in shower. And in case the owners didn't already think of everything you could possibly want and need, there is a powder room and a washer and dryer in the condo for added convenience. Not to mention the high-tech ceiling fans which provide UV disinfecting technology to kill 99.9% of airborne pathogens.
This STUNNING, OCEANFRONT unit is all kinds of luxury with stunning views, gorgeous interiors and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.
