It’s sunny fun in Naples just a short drive from the Ft. Myers (RSW) airport. This brightly colored and inviting community is nestled a perfect 15 mins North of Marco Island attractions and 15 minutes South of lively Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples. Soak yourself in delicious dining, shopping, boating and of course the white sand beaches of the Gulf. If your real desire is to experience a simple home away from home vacation you can stroll to the Tuesday night movie, swim in a private quad pool or food and beverage serviced resort pool, play tennis and pickle-ball, hit up Bingo, or bike around the resort or over to Starbucks like a local.

Ole Resort is home to Italian styles fountains, artisan crafted walkways and a one of a kind recreation area featuring a bistro, full fitness gym, resort style pool, private library, and a calendar full of activities and events.

This home is one short impeccably landscaped block from the private amenities that only Ole offers. Whatever your wish is, this two story townhome with Key West style front porch is just steps from the Rialto Street fountains, the yoga bandstand, Bistro and Pub or quaint and cozy cinema. We are a family of four who fell in love with southwest Florida many years ago. Our hearts and the stars were aligned when we bought our vacation home in the colorful Ole Resort community at Lely. While we have two still in college we are happy to welcome you and yours to enjoy the place we call our second home. We hope you love it too!

The best thing about the “quad” is that there are only a few homes in Ole that have this unique benefit of an additional pool that is exclusive to quad residents. So when the resort pool is crowded or your just wanting a quiet day, your badges give you access to the quad pool where there are lounge chairs, umbrellas, a day bed, and a gas fire pit for evening. Home to some of the most fabulous golf courses in the world you are in the true golf capital of Naples. The golf clubs are not for sharing but most courses have great sets for rent or borrow.

In the kitchen you will find all you need for entertaining. There isn’t much missing but if there is, please drop us an email or text and we can help you get it. We have panini press, coffee pot, waffle maker, blender, Brita water pitcher, ice maker, cutting boards, bake sets, serving platters, wine glasses, a pizza stone, chip and dip platters, cocktail shakers, champagne and wine glasses, outdoor cooking utensils, a Weber grill, wicker baskets, outdoor candles and much more.

On Tuesday and sometimes Thursdays there is a quad two happy hour where you can meet the neighbors. Bring a snack to share if you wish and relaxing libation and enjoy some really welcoming and fun conversation with new friends. You will see many people at pickleball or tennis and we have a bag of paddles and extra balls in the garage along with tennis racquets, beach chairs and umbrellas, yoga mats, lounge chair cushions and oversized beach towels. There is also a new corn hole set that you can put out on the lawn just behind the pergola if you wish to cook with charcoal there is a bag of charcoal in the garage that you can take to the open BBQ pit also by the pergola. Help yourself to all the goodies in the garage and since most items are new, please treat them with care!
