Up a full flight of steps to the middle level which contains, kitchen, dining area, one full bathroom with tub & shower, living room with beach facing wrap around deck. Up a full flight of steps to the top loft level which contains two open areas and a half a bathroom: an open room with 2 single beds that looks down into the living room fireplace area, a 2nd open room that has a single cot (sleeps one), a sofa bed love seat that is a double bed that sleeps two, with small deck on side of house with beach & ocean views, and this area looks down at the dining area. Tenants have access to the garage where two cars can park back to back. Gas grille is stored in garage for tenant use. Driveway can park two cars.
