The Space:

Welcome to Huntington by the Sea 107, a beautiful one bedroom unit located on the first floor! The only true corner unit with a private entrance dedicated to this condo, you will not want to miss this opportunity at the recently renovated gem of Miramar Beach.

Upon entry to Huntington by the Sea 107, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for guests after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for all. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!

Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful white sands and beach views from both the living room and bedroom

Huntington by the Sea 107 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to sit on the patio and watch the waves & be able to walk out to the beach. The condo is decorated nicely and the King bed was comfy. The bathroom could use an update but all in all it was a nice condo. The location was great, less packed beach than in the Destin area. We would book again if in the area.

Loved staying here! The best parts were the private beach, the free beach chairs/umbrella everyday, the body boards and extra lounge chairs, and the area was so quiet, not at all crowded like high rise condo beaches. Bed was very comfy and the porch was easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and property!

The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with our accommodations. The complimentary beach chairs were a nice touch.

Great place to stay with small children

We had a great stay. My top pluses for this rental were location and ground floor. We have a small child so it was nice to have easy access to the beach and also room to walk outside.
