Saint-Jean Villa

Villa Saint-Jean is a villa in the truest sense of the word in that it has vast indoor and outdoor spaces offering different atmospheres throughout the day, depending on your mood!

The living room and the kitchen are open-space and benefit from very large bay windows opening onto the numerous terraces and stone patios shaded by pergolas.

The kitchen is conducive to gastronomy: be your own Chef or bring a private Chef to the villa who will organize a dream barbecue for you! (Stella will give you the contact details of Private Chefs on request).

The rooms are comfortably equipped and have stone terraces, adorned with grasses that undulate in the wind.

Around the Villa, the landscape offered to visitors is a large Mediterranean garden.

The south and west facing terraces offer a panorama with a fantastic 360° view of the Ionian Sea, the island of Zante and, of course, the bay of Lourdas in the foreground.

The infinity pool has an aquatic bench equipped with a jacuzzi.

Grassed areas adorn the garden, giving an unexpected freshness to the sun-drenched environment.

From time to time, you will be pleasantly surprised by a light thermal breeze that likes to play with the early olives in September.

A comfortable stone staircase leads from the main terrace to the fitness area, the vegetable garden, the orchard and a lounge terrace ("Portokali") equipped with a table and armchairs.

The vegetable garden is available to visitors: they will find the perfect (organic) ingredients there to prepare Greek salads!

Fitness equipment is available to guests as well as canoe kayaks. To use the canoes, simply go to the Spot attached to the Villa located on the page and recognizable by its beach flag (the access code will be sent to travellers).

A small path gives you direct access to the beach without having to go through the village road.

You will be captivated by the subtlety of the nocturnal lighting of the garden which highlights the natural magic of the place. On some nights, the moon shines and its reflections in the sea add an extra note to this magic.

Shaded workspaces can be organized in many places.

The Villa Saint-Jean produces an extra virgin and organic olive oil thanks to its many olive trees as well as those of its annex located upstream of an adjacent hill (Paléo Taverna). You will have the opportunity to taste this local oil.

It is quite possible to organize events subject to specifying beforehand to Stella the conditions of this event (nature of the event, number of guests, etc.). An additional flat rate will be invoiced due to the provision of spaces. Service providers for the organization of the event may be proposed by Stella on request.
