Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a walk-in closet and luxurious spa-like master bathroom with 8x10 Walk-in Shower, soaking tub, private toilet room, and double vanity sinks. The 3rd bedroom with Queen size bed, walk-in closet and pack-n-play crib if needed for an infant sleeping area..it also has direct access to the 2nd full bathroom. TV's in every room.

Game room has a real arcade game with 300+ retro arcade games, Pool table, dart board, boardwalk Basketball Game, plug-and-play games, board games, child size table, pub table and family game room table.. Perfect room for family time or to keep kids busy on a rainy day.

Relax out back in your own paradise which features a large covered lanai, outdoor bar/kitchenette, Screened in pool (complimentary HEAT) and lights for great nighttime swimming. Fenced-in yard w/fire pit and benches for family bonfires and roasting marshmallows with the kids! Even an orange tree to pick oranges and squeeze your own orange juice. Guest Access:
Guest have access to the whole house to themselves during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet family neighborhood so no parties or loud rowdy crowds allowed. Nice size yard on a corner lot with a large driveway. The driveway can accommodate a large RV and still fit another 2 to 4 vehicles.

Getting Around:
Plenty of room to park. Public transportation is at end of the block where you can catch the Hernando county local bus.

Other Things to Note:
Sorry no pets allowed. There are 3 exterior RING cameras at driveway, front door and pool heater for security purposes only for your protection and ours. There are none where people gather. We do respect your privacy.

You are free to use any and everything at the property, however we do have 2 locked closests that hold supplies and hosts personal items that is off limits to tenants.

We have plenty of towels, pantry items, spices, pool toys, kids safety vests, (complimentary papertowels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, first aid supplies, garbage bags, clothes detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent to get you started), coloring books, building blocks, board games, beach chairs, beach blanket, cooler, thermos, popcorn maker, juicer, cold stone for ice cream, pizza stone, crock pot, air fryer, blender and more all for tenants use.

Interaction with Guests:
I am located in NJ, but I have family in the area and a property manager who will be able to assist if there are any problems that may come up.
