We had a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach! Communication with Chad was excellent from start to finish — he was quick to respond and even helped us extend our stay on short notice, which we really appreciated. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. It also worked out great for our small children — safe, convenient, and plenty of space for them to play and relax. Check-in and check-out were for the most part easy. And the view — absolutely breathtaking! We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The room was wonderful and the resort is very good. Oceans has both good food and drinks. We were not a fan of the pool being right outside the window because the light coming from it but the view was still being. The condo was a good size and the balcony was nice. The coffee machine was not the cleanest which was a little disappointing and there was no broom to try and contorl the sand but nothing that completely changed the stay. Over all a good with a few things that could improve the stay.

Hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed! Edgewater is wonderful in general, but we loved everything about the accommodations here. The bed was comfortable and the bunk beds were perfect for our teens. Each had a TV and there were LED lights in the living room which were an added touch. The host took care of parking in advance (There was no additional fee. Other family members had to pay 50 extra at locations they stayed at.), he was quick to respond to any questions before check in, wristbands available when we got in, and we overall had everything we needed. Definitely not a negative, but know you’ll want to grab the essential like shampoo, conditioner, coffee (coffee maker and Kurig there), couple of trash bags if you’re staying more than a few days (we stayed a week) and laundry soap before arriving. The decor is modern and you have a perfect view of the beach from the living and bedroom. Highly recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed!

We loved everything about this unit and resort!! It was perfect for our family of 5. The bar, restaurant and both pools were great! Being on the 2nd floor was convenient as the elevators can be slow at times. My only complaint was not having a deadbolt on the door ensuring that my toddler wouldn't easily open the door while we were enjoying the perfect balcony view. The view from all 8 beach front windows were beautiful! All the beds were comfortable, my 2 older kids especially loved the bunk area. The water pressure was great. And all basic necessities were provided for our 5 day stay. We can't wait to return!

So nice, we came back!

This was our second time staying here. It is an absolutely beautiful and clean condo! We enjoyed the heated pool, onsite restaurant, and quick walk to the beach. Lots to do in the area within a short drive. Check in process was super easy as well.

Exactly as pictured in a great location

This space was exactly as pictured and was modern with all the amenities you would need. There were plenty of towels, and the king bed was really comfortable. The kids loved their personal bunk space with their own TVs. The bunks even had USB ports on the walls for chargers. Our favorite part was sitting with coffee in the morning overlooking the Gulf. The view was spectacular from our room with a sunset view of the pier. It was really nice being on the second floor and being able to take the stairs instead of the elevator. The resort has three towers with multiple pools and hot tubs, and you also have access to the Villas across a walkable bridge where there’s tennis, pickleball, and golf. It was a perfect setting for teens because they could spread out and walk around safely within the resort. It’s very close to numerous restaurants and shops including bowling and a roller skating rink. There is direct beach access from all the towers, and the beaches felt cleaner and quieter than other beaches along PCB. We walked to the pier every day and took photos at sunset. Chad was easy to work with and attentive to our needs. We would not hesitate to book this place again when visiting PCB!
