New to our program, this beautiful pet-friendly 4 bed, 3.5 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 11.

Take the elevator to the first floor where you enter a relaxing foyer area with a queen bedroom and private full-size bathroom. Also on the first floor is the living room with a half bath, kitchen, and dining area along with a gorgeous deck and amazing ocean and sound views. Comfy seating provided on the deck allows for the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite drink while gazing at the breathtaking views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials, including a toaster, Keurig, blender, crock pot, etc. The dining area seats a total of 11, with 8 dining table seats and 3 counter/bar seats.

The second floor leads to a cheery kid-friendly twin over futon bunk bedroom with a small sleeper sofa, and a bright queen bedroom with a private full bathroom. To the right of the stairs, you will enter a King Master suite with a large walk-in closet and deck access. Head to the deck with your favorite beverage and watch or listen to the waves – relax, you’re on island time! The Master bath offers a garden tub as well as a beautiful glass walk-in shower with an extra door allowing access from the kid’s bedroom. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with a Smart or Roku TV.

This property offers an outdoor shower, 5 beach chairs, 4 boogies boards, buckets for beach play with the kids, 2 parking spots for covered parking as well as 2 additional parking spots in the driveway.

Shore Beats Work is the perfect place for family and friends to spread out and soak up life at the beach, only 300 ft away!

Please note** The elevator is for convenience only, and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Residential elevators are delicate. Although, elevators are checked on a regularly basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owner will not be held accountable if the elevator is down or not operating/functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued should the elevator be down during your stay.

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

This home is Pet Friendly. One Pet Fee of $300.00 per pet is non-refundable and is NOT automatically included in the rental rates. If you are bringing a Pet, please call our office to have this fee added.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

I really liked it but had some issues;management was wonderful

I liked the place overall & eould go back but several things could have improved our stay. When we first got there, my son took 1 step on the bunk bed & the step immediately broke. The closet in both the childrens bedroom & the bedroom on the 3rd floor was so full of junk, broken bed pieces & cleaning supplies they were unusable. The toilet paper roll holder on the 3rd floor was broken as well as a curtain rod in the master bedroom that would fall to pieces everytime I slid the curtain to go to the front deck. My decorative pillow on the king bed was covered in black hair. Everything else was great, clean & there were many appliances to use. The location was great & had easy access to the beach. The views were stunning. The times I did call, Suncoast rental was very helpful & got the maintenance personnel out promptly & they were very nice too.

Nice place-excellent location

Overall, we were very pleased with the house. Very comfortable and an excellent location. The down sides: 1) the elevator was broken during our entire stay. 2) the master shower drain clogged and water spilled onto the bathroom floor and eventually poured out of a recessed light fixture over the downstairs kitchen sink. The maintenance man said it has happened before. 3) there were supposed to be two blankets to cover the sofas for pets but we only found one blanket. At the end of the week, we found the 2nd blanket stuffed in the ottoman and it smelled horrible. But these isolated instances didn't put a damper on our week.

Fantastic Home!

This house was AWESOME! Tons of seating for our party and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were SO comfy! This house was so clean when we arrived and our linens (from Mom and Me) were perfect. Great location as well, with ocean and inlet views. Gorgeous sunsets! Elevator was so helpful too. I highly recommend this home!

enjoyed our stayed

The property was very nice. We loved that it was close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The gate on the porch came in very handy because we could let our dog out on the porch. All of the beds were very comfortable except for the futon. I am not sure if you can get a thicker mattress for that. The elevator broke the first day but we did not have anyone who really needed it so it wasn't a problem. The toilets were pretty dirty when we got there but the rest of the house was clean.
