We do our best to provide accommodations that is as close to your home away from home as possible. Having a comfortable bed and a washer and dryer in the unit is very nice and convenient. We're are happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us on Maui. It was our pleasure to have you as a guest. We hope you created lots of memories during your time with us here on Maui. We do encourage our guests to reach out during their stay if there is anything needed or amiss and would have had a team member assist you immediately. We are saddened that we were not given the opportunity to resolve your issues during your time with us as you did not report this to our Team during your stay, but sent it to us upon your departure. The unit does have AC sensors and if any windows or doors are left open, the AC will turn off. Our quality control team documents the condo and includes pictures in their reports prior to all arrivals to insure that the unit is clean and ready for our guests Maui vacation and do not show any pillows to be amiss. Our Maintenance team has been notified and all of your concerns have been addressed. We are very proud of our Team and the timely manner in which we respond and rectify situations with our guests. We built our business reputation on solid business principles and a strong work ethic. We provide the Aloha Spirit from the time of booking until after our guests departure. Kahana Manor 418 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with new furnishings and flooring, new dishwasher, washer & dryer and a new portable AC in the bedroom and living room. The Resort features a pool, BBQs, free parking and Wi-Fi and is located across the street from S Turns Park, just a short distance to world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Whalers Village, with a few great dining choices just steps away. We do our best to provide all the home away from home feels for our guests to enhance their Maui vacation. We hope that you enjoyed your time on Maui and created lots of new memories and captured amazing moments. Mahalo
