Welcome to Casa Bella, comfortable accomodations with excellent natural light, covered deck, gas fireplace and on the Connestee Falls Golf Course.  Easy access to the East Fork Gate in residential neighborhood of Connestee Falls with two bedrooms, a bonus room and three bathrooms.  A level driveway with room for four cars, a one car garage for bike storage or car storage.  Only one easy step to the front door from the driveway.  The floor plan has living areas on the main level and one bedroom and one bonus room on the main level and two bathrooms.  Upstairs is the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower.  The master bedroom feels very private from the rest of the home. The bonus room on the main level has a Queen size sofabed and full bathroom.  The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom in the hall.   A five minute walk to the Lake Atagahi park where guests can use the playground, swimming area, picnic shelters, horse shoe pits, basketball court and relax.  This home has good cell phone connectivity with ATT and Verizon and with strong Wifi in home, most cell phones can make and receive calls with wifi.   Guests will have a package waiting for them at the Main Gate to the Community.  Home is on lockbox for contactless check in.

Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
