Perched hillside, directly across the street from the Little River. Listen to the sounds of the gently rushing water from your private open deck, covered porch, or sunroom. There are two private bedrooms, the Master has a King and the second has a Queen bed. Take the stairway down to your own private riverside beach, where you can swim, trout fish, picnic, or just bring some folding chairs and relax. Outside the fully equipped kitchen, there is a covered porch, with a stainless steel propane grill. This is a great location for cycling and the river location is beyond the heavy tubing area, so much more peaceful. Located only a few minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance, the center of Townsend, and the Wild Laurel Golf Course, where you also enjoy FREE ACCESS to the Swimming Pool and Fitness Center. Please note this driveway has a steep entry off the road and is not ideal for hauling trailers or motorcycles. Also, you have to cross the street to get to the River Beach area.
