Thank you for looking at our beautiful home. This property has just gone through a full gut remodel and is absolutely Perfect! All rooms have been redone from the custom tile bathroom and new gourmet kitchen, to the cozy and luxurious bedrooms, and the hand picked art and décor.

The home has air conditioning and central heat in all rooms and plush, wonderful furnishings all around. No expense or love was spared.

You have lake views from the property and a lush comfortable yard to enjoy as well. We have outdoor dining table BBQ grill and fire pit for those Summer Time Days and Nights in Northern Michigan!

We have this home fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Full linens, coffee, kitchen wares, laundry, and supplies, grill and much more! Just bring your smiles and desire for relaxation.

The property is only 10 mins from downtown Petoskey, 10 minutes from down town Harbor springs, 8 miles from Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob, 30 minutes from Mackinaw City and the Mackinaw Island Ferry.

You will not find a nicer cottage in the area this property is pure relaxing luxury.

We are also a full event coordinator so if you need any help coordinating your events please don't hesitate to ask. We can help with anything you need from party supply rentals, catering, entertainment, and even boat and toy rentals.

Inaccurate pictures. Need more pictures of inside and outside. Shouldn’t say steps from lake when there is no lake access. Loved pets allowed and private yard. Enjoyed our stay.

I apologize for any confusion with the description, the property is right across the street from the lake, and we do have a public park with access just a short walk down the road. Nice quiet getaway

The place was clean and nicely decorated. The street is off of a busy road, but we didn't notice any noise indoors. The tree line provided a nice barrier even outside. We had all the amenities we needed. We loved watching the bunnies hop around the yard. The location was close enough to walk to the restaurant across the street, which had good food. It's just a short drive to downtown Petoskey. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed but made the best of it.

The property was full of weeds—and a few dead animals. The “lake view” was obstructed by an overgrown shrub and an eyesore of a neighboring garage. The larger bed was comfortable, however the sheets were dirty (sandy and hairy) and pilled which made them uncomfortable to sleep on. We changed them. The dryer was not vented properly, so unfortunately the lint and heat came directly into the living space. There is one window a/c unit that operates by a light switch (took us a few days to figure that out). The host (Patrick) was initially very helpful—until I expressed my disappointment. Overall, the area is full of many things to do—everything is a short drive away. The photographs of the outside property do not reflect the actual state of the cottage.

Please consider all our other reviews before giving this one any weight. Unfortunately, this guest created a list of complaints, many of which were unfounded or caused by their own actions, and demanded a partial refund over the 4th of July weekend. As an active and caring host, I take great care of our properties and immediately had my cleaning service and handyman visit the house. They found no issues apart from those caused by this guest. The guest left our home in disarray, disconnected the dryer exhaust, spilled an unknown substance on the floor, and used our linens to clean it up, leaving them wet and dirty in the middle of the floor. The lake view is clearly visible and accurately depicted in the listing. We pride ourselves on making our guests' vacations as special as possible. Unfortunately, this guest seemed intent on damaging our business because I didn't agree to their demand for a discount on our busiest weekend of the year. They even complained about the local wildlife, which suggests they might have been happier at a resort rather than a rural cottage.

Enjoyed our time in Michigan

We enjoyed staying here. We grilled out quite a bit & enjoyed sitting at the picnic table and being able to see the lake. Patrick was very helpful with any requests that we had while there. Make sure you check out the Northwood restaurant. Very good food. The house was clean & worked for our family.
