1st time on VRBO: Welcome to carefree living down the shore in this bright and open 3 BR 2 full bath home!
Relax on the large front deck and enjoy bay views for a true "shore" experience.
Located on a quiet street a few houses from the bay, with restaurants just a short walk away and the beach less than a 10 minute walk.

The Owners are from the Philly area and have enjoyed renting at the Jersey Shore, by the beach and bay for over 15 years before purchasing this home.
As seasoned renters, we aim to meet your needs, and want you to enjoy your stay. We encourage you to anticipate the relaxing feeling of the shore, even before you get here, certainly by the time you see the bay.
We love the beach and we especially appreciate the magic of the bay.
We hope you will experience the joy and serenity of a month at the shore, "down by the bay" too.

When we were searching for the right vacation place, the location, layout, and views from this shore house, kept us coming back to it as the most appealing choice.
We knew the previous owners from our neighborhood at home. They did a great job remodeling this place and had developed a friendship with the neighbors upstairs (who originally built the house and still own the upstairs of the duplex).
The first family to sign up to rent this home had toured it when the house was up for sale. Since they were already familiar with the house, it was an easy decision for them to rent for a month.
This is a new listing, so, if you have any questions, feel free to contact the owners.
The pictures we had were not high resolution, so only a few cell phone photos have been loaded: contact the owners (1st time listing on vrbo) if more photos, e.g. bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. would make a difference.

If you enjoy being near the water, and having views, a few houses from the bay, from the porch and from the inside, you will realize this is the place for you.
The open feeling on the porch is enjoyable throughout the day and evening, into the night. You can eat outside or inside. And with 2 sets of sliding doors, there is plenty of natural light.
Since this home is on the bay block, there's no traffic that runs through it, and you can walk right up to bulkhead of the bay.
