Little Venice is a quiet family neighborhood here in the Keys, full of small canals, and worlds away from the busyness and noise of a touristic and crowded hotel. It’s a charming comfortable home instead of a commercialized cramped hotel room.

 The house is 10 minutes’ drive to Sombrero Beach, 5 minute drive to Key Colony Farmers Market, and an hour’s drive from day trip plans in Key West.  Its walking distance to Triton Seafood and their amazing garlic knots, as well as Walgreens and Belles for any shopping or prescription needs.

Small library is available in the living room bookshelf, with several books containing recommendations for fun things to do locally here in the keys. The bedroom has a closet with hangers, and an incredibly comfortable Queen-sized bed. Extra sheets, towels, washcloths, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent etc are stocked in the hall closet as needed. Washer and Dryer are available for use in the backyard, so no need to go to a laundromat while on your vacation. There is sufficient parking space out front for two small cars, or one larger sized vehicle.

Fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, platewear, cutlery, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for cooking. There is a 43 inch flatscreen Roku TV in the living room with available access to HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Hulu. The house has a spacious screened in wraparound porch with marble top dining table and chairs, comfortable couch, and circular cushioned reading chair. It’s a beautiful outdoor area to sit and drink your morning coffee and enjoy the Florida breezes as the sun comes up, with a colorful garden to enjoy full of visiting butterflies, hummingbirds, frogs, lizards and birds. It’s also a great place to sit outside and read, eat your meals, or to cool off when the sun is too hot to be directly outside. In the evening the porch is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sound of wind chimes, and step outside to get an unrivaled view of the stars away from mainland city lights.
