Perfect for Family Fun!

Our familiy of 8 (3 grown 20 something "kids" & their SOs) had a wonderful, fun, relaxing stay at this beautiful house. It was perfect for many games of pool, ping pong, pickleball, puzzles, board games, local hikes & more. Very well appointed to cook family dinners, & great to relax in the hot tub after. Easy drive to Montecito & Santa Barbara for excursions. Host was perfectly communicative. 10/10!

Perfect Family Getaway

Fantastic property! Feels like you are out in the countryside, yet it is just minutes to beaches. It is an easy drive to downtown Carpinteria, Ventura, or Santa Barbara. We also loved just hanging at the house with the hot tub, pool table, ping-pong table, pickle ball, and great supply of games! It was perfect for our family reunion!

Best Family Reunion Ever!

This residence is an ideal location - central to Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and even if you want to take the train to LA for the day! The hostess is the best hostess ever & helped us plan every detail of our stay. The home is spacious with many wonderful gathering places to spend with family. We highly recommend this home!!

SMITH ANUAL FAMILY VACATION

Our entire family enjoyed our wonderful week at this lovely home. It is fully stocked with everything we needed. There are so many beautiful features inside and outside. Our two oldest granddaughters slept in the yurt and had a great time. We all enjoyed the eggs from the hens for our breakfast. The beds were very comfortable for everyone. We can't say enough nice things about this house and would love to return in the future. Dina was very responsive to our needs and we appreciated that.very much. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a truly beautiful vacation home.

Outrageously fabulous

What a fabulous find. Everything and I mean everything was perfect. We had the most wonderful family vacation here. All 13 of us give it 2 thumbs up! It is without a doubt the best appointed villa/home that we have ever stayed at. We had a professional photographer come to do a family portrait at the beach and decide that the property was so beautiful that we did them in the front yard instead. I highly recommend staying here. I know we will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. ❤️

Everything we hoped for

Our family booked this house so we could all stay together for an important wedding weekend. It was perfect! Communication with the owner was fast, friendly, and efficient. Plenty of room for 12 adults, and so relaxing! It is more beautiful and welcoming than the photos!

Great home for a group getaway

We stayed at this lovely home with extended family for a long wedding weekend. The location was convenient to drive to Santa Barbara and Montecito, and the grounds and outdoor spaces were beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the common areas provided lots of comfortable spaces for us to gather. The beds were extremely comfortable! The house worked very well for four couples, with each couple having their own bathroom. We would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers!

Perfect Getaway

The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen has every tool/ machine you could need, and we used them all! We ate fresh lettuce from the garden and juiced various citrus fruit from the orchard. All we need now is an excuse to go back.

Great house for all ages

We had a group of 12 aged between 1 and 85 years, all of whom had a fantastic time. Many thanks to Dina for making our stay so easy and for the little welcome gifts. They were thoroughly enjoyed by all. To say the house is well equipped is an understatement, we can't think of anything that could be improved. This was the perfect place for our family reunion. It won't be forgotten.

Calm, Serene getaway

We raised 4 children here and love it too much to move away. We are renting it while we travel but hanging on to it so our 5 grand children can still come over and play at their favorite house.

This property has the best of everything. It is private, it has space, it is close to the freeway but not too close. The neighborhood is filled with the nicest people.

Obviously, being close to the beach, Santa Clause lane, Summerland, Montecito are all benefits. The secret benefit is that there is a marked hiking trail right out the front door. The biking to/from Carpinteria is amazing. There are challenging rides and well as rides for the casual cyclist.
