## The space

Outside you will find a garden, 2 parking spaces and a kitchen terrace.
An entrance with large closet and a toilet.
A living room overlooking the garden, a dining area with a stove and an equipped open kitchen.
On the 2nd floor there is a mezzanine with an office overlooking the mountain. A large room with a 140 bed, 2 children’s rooms with single beds, a room with a 140 double bed. A separate bathroom and toilet.

You will have access to the whole house except the garage and a private part.

## The neighborhood

The house is located 5 minutes from the town of Briançon and 10 minutes from the resort of Montgenèvre. There is a bus stop at 2 minutes walk (line Briançon-Montgenèvre). We are in a small village.
At 5 minutes by car at the place called Les Alberts, there is a ski rental shop (winter) and mountain bike rental (summer).
The shops are in the town of Briançon
