The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony was stunning, and being just steps from the beach made it easy to soak up the sun every day.The kitchen had all the basics for cooking in, and there were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and beach gear, which was a big plus. The room was exactly as I saw in the photos online. There were some things that we didnt really like. One of them is that the door to the balcony was very hard to pull open and shut. You better have muscles for that. The chairs around the outside table were uncomfortable to sit in. There were no batteries in one of the TV remote controls in the bedroom. I let the host know and he was going to have his team bring some on Monday but I never saw anybody. Some parts of the room was really not so clean. There was a lot of hair in the hall bathroom and in the kitchen floor. Security is always a good thing to have but we felt as tho we were being watched 24/7. All in all tho, we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo and perfect location!

We ended up having our flight delayed and rescheduled which led to a 3 am arrival time, but Nick was awesome with communication throughout the whole ordeal! He went above and beyond with assisting us with a back-up plan for getting into the condo since it was so late! It was a very smooth entry into the condo and the place was very clean upon arrival! We loved the location and the convenience of having restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance! We will definitely rebook the condo next time we are in Panama City!

Perfect condo

I have stayed at the palazzo numerous times. What stands out about this condo the most was how Nick went above and beyond during the booking and during our stay. He was wonderful ! I highly recommend . The condo was very clean and nicely decorated.

Everything we could possibly need was provided. Very well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, huge master! The view and beach access were spectacular! It was nice to park in the garage and made hauling in luggage easy. Nick the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Both my wife and I took our first vacation together to Panama City Beach. That was over 8 years ago and now we have our home away from home. We are based in Atlanta and are empty nesters who like to travel.

When we decided on this condo we felt it was more like a home than just a place to take a vacation. Great oversized balcony where we can relax and enjoy the fantastic views. Very open living room/kitchen area. Master bedroom on gulf side is a huge plus.
