Split into two levels, this can be a great option for two families to get some privacy or a large group of friends to spread out in the five bedrooms. After a full day on the slopes or hiking nearby, the gourmet kitchen will be more than ready to assist in whipping up tasty meals with a gas range, a large island for preparing ingredients, peek-a-boo bar seating for reminiscing with the chef of the group, and stainless steel appliances. Any downtime spent at home base will have no shortage of fun activities for every guest with a game room featuring foosball and a flatscreen TV, a second living area with plush furnishings and a wet bar, and a private hot tub to soak in as the stars come out!

Though this retreat will give you that sense of privacy, there will be no delay in checking out local attractions of town with the main drag of McHenry sitting just two miles from your front door. While in the area, be sure to check out the many restaurants, cafes, shops, and Marsh Run Cove that make this town so special. If hiking is on the agenda, great trails await at Fork Run, three miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
