Under New Ownership: Ocean front view! This private 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located at the popular Sea Winds building on Marco Beach, a prime location on the south end toward the Cape. This 3rd floor unit offers incredible direct unobstructed western views into the breathtaking blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico to take in Marco Island’s famous sunsets. Your private screened in balcony protects you from the Marco Island wildlife and is equipped with a patio dining table and lounge chairs. Either take the elevator or two flights of stairs and you enter the white sand beach via direct gated access from the private building entrance with optimal convenience.

All new mattresses, bedding, sheets, towels, and kitchenware have been added for your comfort.

The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area has capacity for two, allowing for a total of 6 in the entire unit. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers. Three flat screen TV’s and a secure Wifi connection are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Washer/dryer located in the condo as well.

The Sea Winds has a private pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. Your storage unit is fully equipped for all of the comforts needed at the beach and on the courts.

***Attention Renters - Spring/Summer slider project to commence on April 15th, 2024 replacing all sliding doors in the building. They have said they will complete 2 floors per week barring any delays. Project expected completion date is mid to late June. Guests can expect work around the building and noise while occupying a condo. We have blocked off time the work is expected to be completed on the floor the unit is located. If work is delayed and possibly impacting a guests reservation we will work to re-locate to another unit in the building.***

My happy place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SeaWinds #305 is a wonderful condo with a lovely view of the beach & gulf and just steps from the beach. Also lists of chairs, umbrellas & beach toys. The unit is complete with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, all organized in the cupboards. The third floor location makes it easy to use the stairs when the elevator is busy.

Enjoyable beachfront experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though we didn’t have the best weather, we enjoyed our beachfront stay at Seawinds. The 3rd floor balcony provided great views and a wonderful place to relax when we couldn’t get to the beach. Pool and hot tub area were nice as well. Private pool seemed well heated although we only dipped our toes in. There was more than enough beach equipment for us (maybe too much) including towels, blankets, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. Wish we would have had a chance to use the tennis or pickleball equipment. The kitchen was very adequately supplied. All in all a very nice condo and we would definitely return!

They are near the end of the island where it is a quiet and yet not too far from fabulous restaurants. The condo is in a secure building and the front desk staff is very friendly. The condo is nice and comfortable.

Love Marco

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated cute, obviously a lot of thought went into it. We loved being on the 3rd floor, the stairs were an easy option. The beach gear was much appreciated-best umbrella we’ve had. The kitchen was nicely stocked although the dishwasher did not have a utensil basket. The air conditioning unit did not cool the condo and the humidity level was high. The jute rugs held onto the humidity and shed fibers. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall it’s a nice unit and we would definitely rent it again. Harborview was easy to work with, communication was easy as well as check-in and out.
