Nice place in West Nashville

This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.

Great quiet location with plenty of room

This property is gated in an old quiet neighborhood. Blue moon restaurant is a short walk away on a marina with great food. There is a minimart that looks sketchy on the outside but is safe and friendly. Other conveniences are a little over a mile away. Easy to get down town. Quiet neighborhood other than an occasional truck passing to the quarry down the road. The place was clean and very homey.Had a great time.

Beautiful and spacious

The condo was perfect for our family . It had everything we needed for a full week! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Good location. Poor execution

The gated neighborhood felt very safe. It seems that they are all rentals, probably by the same company. Unfortunately, our rental was very poorly cleaned. The floors were filthy. It really felt like they just did a wipe down of the main surfaces with no attention to detail. The baseboards and window seals looked like they had never been touched. We had a crawling baby with us and his knees were black after crawling around on the floor for 10 minutes. The company sent someone out the day after we got there to at least mop the main downstairs floor for us. That was nice of them and made it a little better for our baby. It is a great location and set up to though. I think if they were to get better staff to upkeep the place, it would be amazing.

Great Place!

We had 3 couples and this was the perfect space. Each couple had their own bedroom and their own bathroom! Place was clean and stocked with essentials. We had no problem getting an Uber to go to Broadway. For an UberXL it was only about $15. It was also a quick easy ride to airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Nashville trip

Cute modern apartment with plenty of space. Property manager was very responsive to questions. They were even kind enough to alert us about bad weather. Very clean! Location was just minutes to downtown. It is located in a neighborhood, not downtown, so it was quite. It was a nice place to stay with our family for a quick mini vacation.

Birthday Trip!

This property is in a great location and was very clean/well maintained. The property is about 15 minutes from the airport. Uber/Lyft was always available for us. I had to arrive a day early due to Florida storms and contacted the host and they allowed me to arrive a day earlier than originally scheduled which relieved a lot of stress for me. I would recommend this property and would book it for future trips.
