Both condos in the floorplan are included in the 2br Lockoff which consists of a larger 1br deluxe next to a smaller 1br suite with each having a bedroom, living area, bath and kitchen which on the smaller suite is a mini kitchen. All of these features are larger on the deluxe side. Take a look at the floorplan image.

Both of the condos are included in the lockoff. Condos are side by side and connected by an interior door as well as each condo having an outside entrance. Fully furnished 1425 SF lockoff condo including full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 kings + 2 queen sofa sleepers in the living room areas + 2 baths + free wifi for up to 4 devices and a balcony. This is a timeshare resort. You are not required to attend any resort timeshare selling meeting. This is not to say that you will not be invited to do so. If and when asked, simply say "No Thanks!"

You will make a fully refundable $250 security deposit by credit card when you check in. This assures the resort that you will cover an incidental charges you may make to the condo and to cover any damages.

Full refunds of any payment will be provided if a reservation is canceled on or before 30 days prior to your arrive date with 50% refunds from 30 to 16 days prior to your arrive date.
