The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The spacious living room features a comfy sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. The oversized windows in the room brighten the space and make it even more inviting.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric plate, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a lovely warm ambience ensuite with a comfy queen bed and a wardrobe. The second room is also ensuite and equipped with a queen bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Both bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment!

It is close to many attractions, including The Centre Pompidou, Musée National Picasso-Paris, Musée des Arts et Métiers, Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione, Square du Temple - Elie Wiesel, Le Carreau du Temple, Museum of Hunting and Nature, and Museum of the Art and History of Judaism. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars, such as Bouillon Julien, Chez Janou, Candelaria, Favela Chic, Chez Jenny, and Derrière. For a quick pick-me-up, grab a cup of coffee at Breizh Café or Le Plomb du Cantal Rive Droite.

The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, with République and Temple stations both only 3 minutes away. This location is also near Gare de l'Est (1.3 km), Gare du Nord (1.9 km), and Saint-Lazare (3.1 km). It's a great location to explore the city and take in all the sights.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
