Newly Built Home in Beautiful South Haven

Beautiful home in the Harbor Club Community of South Haven. Fully furnished with attention to detail. Great for families with kids or groups traveling without kids. Guests have access to the community pool, fire pits, amphitheater, and walking trails. Our home is about 1.5 miles to the beach. We usually walk or bike, but there's also parking at the beach if families choose to drive. Board games, books, baby gear and more are all provided.

Our entire family stayed in two houses in the neighborhood, worked out great! All enjoyed!

Fall Break

The Northern Anchor is new, very clean and comfortable has everything you would need. The host has set the home up very thoughtfully for families – lots of extras and my girls worked their way through all the puzzles and games that were in the closet. The house is in a great location – despite the reviews, it is within walking distance to the North Shore Drive beach access (10 minute walk) however you would need to drive into town. The pool is also walkable if you follow the path and down some steps. It was closed when we were there (out of season) but looks it would be decent for the kids. It also looks like the neighborhood may also get a second pool closer to the house at some point. The only negative was the lack of cable – but that is probably just me being old school!! 😊 We will look to book again next summer.

Clean and nice property, close to beach and main attractions

Explored south haven for the first time with my family of 4 and another family of 4; we typically prefer staying at hotels but we really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, nice, and outfitted with everything you’d need to have a wonderful time; it’s also super close to the beach and downtown. We are already planning our next trip back.

Just perfect

Great house! My top priorities: comfortable beds and clean. Check and check :) Also-well stocked with kitchen cook and serve ware, etc… The grill worked great! Plenty of cute extras like celebration basket, games, books for all ages. Very close to beach-walk or bike if you want to (or very short drive). Would definitely come back here again if in South Haven!!

Great family-friendly rental and community!

The Northern Anchor was extremely clean and well stocked with essentials. We were traveling with a young child and infant and appreciated all of the extras (high chair, boppy, coloring books, toys, pack and play, etc.). The Harbor Club was a good location close to beach and it was very easy to walk down to the boat slip to rent a boat. It was also fairly close to restaurants and the downtown area. The homeowner made some great recommendations. The only downside was that the outdoor grill was not clean enough to use and the pool at the Harbor Club was not well maintained. Overall, we would stay at the Northern Anchor again!

Great property

This was a great property that was kept very clean! Loved that there were lots of extras, especially when traveling with young children! There were games, books, toys and beach toys, chairs, and coolers to take to the beach! Honestly the only thing I can say negative was that the washer and dryer took a while but that’s definitely NOT a big deal! This house was great and we would definitely stay again!

Labor Day Stay

Property was very clean and check-in and out was super easy. Kitchen is very well stocked and little extras (first aid kit, games, maps and brochures of the area) were great. Kids loved the bunk bed room!

Lovely Home

I think this property is perfect for a young family. It is well-stocked with all that you need for children. All of the essentials for adults were also well-stocked. The home was clean and very comfortable. We were able to rent a boat at the marina, which was walking distance from the house. It is, not, however, walking distance to the beach or town. A better outdoor space also would have been nice. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay at the Northern Anchor! The house was brand new and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extras the owners provided especially for kids! Downside was the pool was in a different neighborhood that was not walkable, and it was pretty dirty. Also the back patio/fire pit wasn’t really usable because it was too small of a space for our group, and there were no chairs. Overall though this was a great home and the owners were very sweet! We enjoyed the week in South Haven.

Clean new house in South Haven

We enjoyed our stay at this new house in South Haven. The house was clean and just as described in listing. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood is newly developing and we were able to enjoy the community pool at the marina. We easily biked and drove to the nearby beaches. South Haven is a great vacation town with nice beaches and fun shops and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed our time away.

Enjoy this brand new home in the beautiful Harbor Club Community. Room for 10 guests to sleep comfortably. King bed, queen bed, four twins, and a pull-out queen sofa. Large closets in each room. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need. Loads of gear for babies and kids - so parents can pack lightly. Peaceful, wooded view out the front and back windows.
