Implementing additional cleaning measures in response to the virus. Not only are we wiping down all the surfaces as we typically do, but we are utilizing ozone machines, making sure that all door handles, towel bars, and other surfaces like remote controls are also being fully cleaned and sanitized between stays.

* 3 full en-suite bathrooms with towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner.
* Pullout sofa with queen memory-foam mattress in Living Room
* A Custom Chef's Kitchen stocked w/ all SS appliances and granite counter tops: utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses
* Custom built-in bar w/ mini-fridge
* 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms (washer/dryer in each)
* Custom built-in cabinetry and shelving throughout

-In/Out Access is hard to beat!
-Both living/dining areas have large SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. TVs also in all 3 master en-suites!
-Workspace area includes dual side-by-side screens you may connect to, and also another workspace in the "in-law" unit
-Tranquil Rooftop deck with Grill and eating space all with hard-to-beat privacy.
-Cozy fireplace, Nest thermostat in each unit, and Hardwood floors through out. Just off Wells St. It is a truly unbeatable Old Town location.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.
Q: PARKING?
A: There is a private driveway that fits up to one mid-sized SUV. In addition, we also supply parking stickers for zone parking on the street- these will be used for larger vehicles (bigger traveling vans/over-sized trucks/full-size SUVs). Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!
Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.
Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.
Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
