Located in the heart of the Florida Keys (one hour from Key West and one hour from Key Largo), this beautifully decorated property in Coral Lagoon is conveniently located right off US1, nestled back within the marina away from any traffic-end Unit #15.  Included in your rental is a 40’ dock that steps out your back door.  By boat, you can reach the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico (via Vaca Cut) in 15 minutes.  Spend your Florida vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Key West style townhome with gorgeous views of the canal from the back deck and second level balcony, boating or enjoying any of the wonderful Keys attractions close by.   Boating, snorkeling, saltwater fishing, kayakers, foodies, and nature lovers will find something here.
Shaded outdoor seating provides great entertaining and lounging areas.  Eat out at one of the many top-rated restaurants close by, or whip up dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or on the electric barbecue.  Tired and want to just relax?  Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, with a 70” screen in the living area.  This unit also has a washer and dryer on the second floor.   We are located in the resort-style community of Coral Lagoon with a beautifully landscaped pool area (heated) and close to shopping, charter boats, and tourist attractions.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, only one boat is allowed in the slip – water and electricity are available.  Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and you will be required to add Coral Lagoon Marina as an additional insured, which is very simple to do with your insurance company.

BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
No trailer storage reservations are needed.

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer.  After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
