Stylish Cozy newly updated 1927 lake view cottage located just 1 mi East of historic Geneva-on-the-Lake's “The Strip” in Ohio’s First Summer Resort.

Ideal for a girls' trip, couples' getaway, or family fun. Just steps from the lake with beautiful views from the lakeside deck and front porch. A spacious and welcoming backyard complete with cafe lights, a gas grill, and patio furniture is yours to enjoy while listening to the waves. We are roughly 150’ from the lake and are the 3rd house from the lakefront. You have lake views from the front porch and access to the lakefront with just a short walk to enjoy the full lake views and gorgeous sunsets.

In our cottage, you will find original features with all their quirks ;) yet modern conveniences and a freshly updated space including a gourmet kitchen, we also recently added Central Air Conditioning!!

For your consideration:
The bathroom is located on the 2nd floor.
A Nest video doorbell for security is located on the front porch.
The downstairs bedroom does not have an HVAC vent for the AC, though the rest of the house does, it was a new addition this year.

We provide 1 bundle of firewood complimentary to enjoy the fire pit in our beautiful private backyard complete with a propane grill.

Adventure Zone is about 2 miles from the house and has go-carts, batting cages, a rock wall, mini-golf, zip lines, bumper boats, and a children's play area.
