This beautiful modern beach house is newly renovated and perfect for a memorable family vacation with so many options to enjoy LBI. Spend the day at the ocean beach located only two short blocks (300 yards) away or choose to relax at the kid-friendly Bay Beach at nearby Bayview Park. After a day in the sun, head home to the converted garage cabana and let the kids play in the landscaped and fully fenced yard. Catch the bayside sunset just steps away before dinner in nearby Beach Haven.

The space
Invite all your loved ones because there is plenty of room for everyone! The house is set up perfectly for multi-generational family and friends. The first floor boasts a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bath. The kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances. The living room, kitchen, and large dining room on the first level offer plenty of space for comfortable living. The second level has four bedrooms. One with two twin beds, two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, one of which has a side-car bedroom for your little ones to sleep very close by but separately. Outside, the back deck has a comfortable outdoor sectional and a coffee table. Our garage conversion is still under construction (will be completed Feb 2021) and will feature a large farmhouse table with chairs, a whiskey barrel side table, a fridge, ceiling fan and games. A glass garage door, beach decor and twinkling lights will make this space a perfect back-drop for summer evenings.

Gas grill is available for your use. We fill two propane tanks at the beginning of the season. If you need additional gas, renters can purchase propane at Tuckerton Lumber in nearby Surf City.
