If you're visiting to ski, the Sunday River Resort is roughly three miles drive from your door to the base areas. Pay a visit to downtown Bethel where you'll find a variety of restaurants and brewpubs as well as unique local shops. For outdoor exploration in clement weather, lace up your hiking boots and hit the trails at Mount Will, two miles north, Step Falls Preserve, 11 miles north, and Screw Auger Falls, only 13 miles away. Additional warm weather adventures can be found at the Sunday River Country Club, racing across the treetops on the Sunday River Zipline, and mountain biking at the Mt. Abram Ski Area & Bike Park, 10 miles southeast in Greenwood.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
