In early 2023 this unit has got all new lamps and wall décor, new living room & dining room furniture, updated smart TV's in both bedrooms and the living room, new bedspreads for all beds, new drapes throughout, and a new king mattress & box spring.
This 4th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium building in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This spacious condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer in unit, TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi and ocean views from the private balcony accessed from the living room and both bedrooms.
Maisons-Sur-Mer is one of the most prestigious and private condominium buildings in Myrtle Beach. Maisons-sur-Mer is located in the Arcadian Golf community and features gated entry and 24-hour security making luxury living even easier and more convenient.
